Hotel ok but a little dated in parts rooms are in reasonable condition and cleanliness was ok. Bed very comfy and a big 50" telly on wall. Breakfast was a bit of a let down as there isnt enough seats (50 seats i counted over about 20 tables) in breakfast area for the size of hotel and is a little...

Stayed here on the 11th of march for one night a group of friends/couples aged 22-24, picked this hotel for the price of it and location being only two miles out of the city we knew taxis wouldn't be too expensive. After reading the reviews I was wary about the older rooms. One arrival we all checked in and we're...

Stopped here for three nights in Manchester. The hotel is going through a refurbishment! The reception is clean and tidy reminds you abut of a ibis budget with restaurant and bar as part of the reception. The hallways and stairs are a bit tired but my room was a refurbished one and was very clean and modern. The bed was...

We stayed in December for an event we were attending close by. The hotel is nice and clean and we got one of the refurbished rooms. Staff were polite and breakfast the next day was nice. For the price this was worth the money. Would stay again.

An excellent budget hotel within easy reach of Manchester City Centre. Better than chain hotels at a similar price, family run and owned, helpful and friendly staff. Can't go wrong here! Good buffet breakfast, reasonable priced menu for evening meals and vast quantity portions!

Spacious room, comfortable bed and an excellent breakfast. Easy to reach with private car park. Helpful reception staff. Quiet overnight in the hotel but ring road busy all night. Highly recommended..

Booked as a large group, half of us got newly refurbished rooms and the other half old rooms. The new rooms were good no complaints there, however the old rooms were old, dirty and smelly. The general cleanliness of the hotel was not great and the food and drink in the vending machine was out of date. Would not use...

Step up from a travelogue, good value for money, especially the breakfast. Good variety and as much as you could eat, tasty bacon and sausage. Fresh roses on the table were a nice touch. Staff were friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable with TVs, drinks and free wifi. Enjoyable stay.
