Easily the cleanest hostel I've ever stayed in, couldn't fault the bedroom at all. Beds are maybe a little firm but they were very comfortable and exceptionally clean. For the price paid, they were amazing! Room was also far bigger than anticipated, I assumed this was for accessibility as another guest in the dorm used a wheelchair. Big lockers in...

Wow what a fantastic review, thank you. I've shared your feedback with my team and our housekeepers had the biggest smiles. Shame a snorer let us down a bit. Think we've had one or two recently. Hope to see you again soon.

All the staffs are very kind and I have a nice room with a beautiful view. However, if only my roommates didn't snore at night:-) Btw, the location is good. It's not far from the city centre and there is a museum near it which looks not bad.

Snoring room mates are never fun. We've got a stock of earplugs at reception if you stay again :) Apart from that glad you enjoyed your experience here and hoe to see you again.

Great location , great prices , great staff but very hard to find . Nobody around the area knew of it , neither did taxi drivers so make sure to know where you are going . Very accommodating with check in and baggage ,also late check out is available for £5 .Spotless clean and warm

The location of this hostel was really good, just a short walk from the city centre. And I absolutly loved the building itself, as wel as the lounge/ dining area. The staff was friendly and helpfull. I have stayed at other YHA hostels before, so I knew what to expect roomwise, a nice (basic) room for a good price.I really...

I stayed on a Friday and Saturday night in order to attend a conference. It seemed that many of the other people using the hostel were partying and they came in at a range of times throughout the night, especially on Saturday night. The room was small and off a narrow corridor. The noise from the corridor woke me up...

Thank you for taking the time to write a review, we're really sorry to hear you didn't enjoy your stay. As a city centre hostel we do have guests of all ages who like to go out and enjoy Manchester's fabulous nightlife, we do ask though that people returning in the early hours are respectful of other guests and have...

The hostel is at Potato Wharf within walking distance of the city centre. Facilities are good. There is a guest kitchen, also meals are available at the bar. The staff are pleasant and helpful. This is very much a family hostel, a lot of families with children stay here.

This is a friendly hostel with free parking for those staying overnight. Good facilities and a bar. There are good restaurants nearby for those who do not want hostel food or who do not want to self-cater.

I stayed at the Yha Manchester in November. Pretty much unfaultable experience. Staff were consistently freindly, breakfast good value, pleanty of amenities that any traveller would need and reasonably centrally located. Biggest selling point is its recent refurbishment. Everything you see, look at and touch is modern, clean and well appointed. Seriously, the foyer areas are more 'artistic hotel' than...

the hostel is in a very interesting part of Manchester, and is a walk away from Deansgate station, passing by some Roman remains. Lovely hostel, good food, hope to visit again for longer and see more of the city

Very clean and spacious. Quite far from the centre of town but fine if you don't mind walking. Reasonably proved menu at the bar but not many alternatives near by. Kitchen and laundry available. The beds were comfortable and the staff were nice.
