Stayed here for a night when my boyfriend and I went to Warehouse Project. Perfect location if you are travelling to and from Manchester Piccadilly station, as it is only a 10-15 walk away. The rooms have everything you need for a short stay, the only let down is they didn't have any small bottles of shampoo/conditioner, so you will...

We visited Manchester to watch a show & visit the Christmas markets. We arrived back to the hotel totally warn out but unfortunately couldn't relax and sleep because loud music was playing. We could also hear a lady shouting & banging a door at intervals because she couldn't get into her room. She continued to bang on the door &...

Booked for one night after visit to the theatre. Have to say perfect hotel. Great position only 600 yards from theatre. Staff helpful, friendly and polite. Room clean, well presented and everything we needed. Breakfast in the morning was the best we have had. Food well cooked, plenty of it and friendly staff. Great night stay highly recommend.

I have stayed at this hotel several times of late but this time was for a conference. The rooms are comfortable and have everything that you need (although I was put into a disabled room for no apparent reason)!! The hotel is in easy reach of the restaurants and nightlife of Manchester. The conference staff were excellent too and really...

Business trip so I didn't expect a lot chosen for convenience of location. Bed was awful mattress thin and could feel springs. Bathroom smelt awful, window wouldn't shut , TV worked eventually after 15 mins of faffing ! Place feels like a hall of residence. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast basic.

Closet of a room with a window out to the ground level of one of the university buildings. Pretty loud and had to keep the blinds shut for privacy. Didn't eat in the restaurant or the coffee shop out front, so can't speak to that, but had some average cocktails in the bar. It was a good price though, and...

We stayed here due to last minute booking. Reception staff friendly, even made a point of saying the room would be very quiet. When we returned from the Christmas Markets, a private party was taking place. This spilled out into the landing as they were taking photos. When we closed our door, we could still here the thud of the...

We stayed for one night in this hotel. We were warned that there was a party and it would be loud. So we went shopping, came back, got ready to go down stairs for the food in the restaurant, which the menu was in our guest information guide. We went down and we were told we must sit in the...

Despite being Christmas party time, we experienced no noise whatsoever. Room 425 was fabulous, very large and comfortable room, almost like a studio apartment. Staff were lovely and, even though not an issue for us, the receptionist apologised if there may be noise due to parties..
