Stayed here as part of a group for a weekend meeting. Rooms great, meeting rooms lovely and particularly liked the dining room which was nicely laid out for us as a group booking. The staff were so friendly and helpful - especially EVA who helped me when I got lost! Thank you

I was moved by our hotel booker into this hotel for one night of a week long business trip in Manchester because the Hotel I was staying in (The Principal) was full on the wednesday. I would rather have slept in the bath of my room at the Principal than this place. The room could not have been smaller. (Sliding...

After staying in Holiday Inn in the Northern Quarter two weeks ago (where the hotel itself looked very smart and the area around was wonderful, but the beds were reminiscent of some military camp and the breakfast was canteen style shockingly bad) it was almost altogether a reverse situation here. This part of town is very unimpressive and so is...

Brilliant and helpful staff, lovely room and comfortable bed! Loved the stay. The breakfast was brilliant, the only down side was that the fried eggs weren't made to order so the eggs were as the customer wanted.

My review is probably affected by arriving to a room that was flooded, but things happen, and it was ok otherwise. The staff were quite helpful and I got a new room, albeit that smelled a bit of cigarettes. It was generally clean and tidy, and offered room service. Handy public car park next door.

Nice hotel very near city centre but away from city noise...small but clean bedrooms...excellent breakfast and very nice conservertry garden bar with reasonably priced drinks and very pleasant staff...would have preferred a larger room but for the price it was good value.

I have stayed here six times for work purposes .The rude and pushy sales staff and the substandard service on multiple occasions are overlooked by senior management on many issues.A much better and way more comfortable option is MOTEL ONE next to the Picadilly which is absolutely fabulous and considerably cheaper.AVOID PENDULUM.LOOK AROUND.TRY MOTEL ONE.
