Once again we stayed here following our xmas party since last year the rooms appear to have been upgraded. The bed was so comfortable the room is nicely decorated and once again spotless. On returning back to the hotel my friend had heartburn and the man on duty (sorry dont know his name) provided her with a glass of milk... More

Recently stayed here for a one night stay. After reading the reviews and seeing some pictures i felt hopeful it would not be too bad. one arrival I was greeted by the friendly sweet receptionist who checked me in which was a great start! However from there it kind of went down hill… The room was average, clean tidy. however... More

I was attending a star wars event at the bowls centre I found this hotel after an internet search and what a great find the location is a 20 min walk to old Trafford and the imperial war museum and a 10 minute taxi ride to the Trafford centre. The rooms are large and warm with great beds and the... More

Stayed recently on a business trip and was highly impressed with this little Jem. Hotel staff were very friendly from the start and made me feel welcome from the off. The room was clean And well furnished if a little dated. The only downside was the room was directly over the bar and the music was playing but it wasn't... More

This hotel for the price paid was indeed an incredible waste of money. The hotels location was the resounding reason for the choice as I was entertaining clients over the weekend at Old Trafford. As this hotel is ideally situated about 6/7 hundred yards away it was ideal. However room no. 4 was not only poor it was also adjacent... More

We stayed in this hotel a few weekends ago for the UNICEF David Beckham charity game. It was our first time to Manchester so didn't really know what to expect.. Me and my fiancee checked in to this hotel monday evening as a overnight stay before out flight. It was easy to find and the car park was a good size. It was right next to a large tesco which was helpful. The receptionist was very helpful and kind. The room was very nice and comfy.

Been to a family funeral nearby and found Chesters as a base. Old and well used, crooked floors but impeccably clean. The cleaning staff OBVIOUSLY take pride in their work, stayed in many different classes of hotel, but for cleanliness this one rates very very highly. Good price except when Man United are playing at home. Would stay again.
