Handy hotel for shopping and football matches as it is central. Although the restaurant and bar have been refurbished I can't say nothing has been done about the bathrooms. They are very basic with plastic sinks and bath towels that are so thin they need replacing. Make sure your room is not near the lift as they are so noisy....

We recently traveled on holiday from the U.S. and visited seven Marriott hotels throughout the UK in 14 days. This was the second hotel in our trip. Overall the room was nice and large with a comfortable bed and a large bank of windows. The location was nice and close to shopping. We walked from the rail station which wasn't...

We have stayed at this hotel on several occasions simply because of it's great location on Deansgate. The hotel has been revamped & what a difference a facelift can make. We really approved in their choice of décor. Lovely welcoming staff, fantastic breakfast well worth booking the night before for just £10 each & as much as you can eat....

My friends and I booked this hotel as we where watching a concert at the ethiad stadium. Great rooms very large with all necessary amenities. Brilliant central location. Didn't book breakfast as we found it to be very expensive. But I suppose this is what you get for staying at a city centre hotel. We ventured a bit further back...

We recently stayed in Manchester city center while visiting on business. The hotel is nicely located in the center of the city. The desk staff was very helpful and very nice. When I had a problem with my room they corrected it right away. The hotel is, however, old and a little dated. To be fair, though, my colleagues thought...

I recently stayed at the Renaissance in Manchester City Center, very nice room with a comfortable bed and good size bathroom. I stayed on the 12th floor which offered great views. They also have a good restaurant in the lobby. Internet was good and didn't have any issues with it. Centrally located with lots of shops and restaurants around. Will...
