Booked this knowing that it would be for a few hours’ sleep to get the early bus to the Airport (number 43 that stops right in front of the hotel) early next morning so I was not expecting much honestly…I was on a very low budget…it was either this or sleeping on one of the Airport benches; so for me...

The room it's self was tiny but relatively clean. However there were used towels hung in the wardrobe and the plaster was pealing from the walls. The bed was not unsleepable but it was far from comfortable. At no point before or after booking with laterooms, were we told the bathroom facilities would not be en suits or even on...

Thank you for your comments. We are a small budget hotel but cleanliness is of the utmost importance. Action has been taken regarding the housekeeping issues you raised. We are sorry that you did not feel comfortable. With regard to the shared facilities, the standard rooms and en-suite rooms are separate on laterooms and the information is contained within the...

although the room was clean and the bed comfortable it was noisy with people clattering down stairs which rattled the wardrobe. The shower was from the dark ages and needed a good clean, no shower gel provided just two bars of cheap soap - I must say you get shower gel in travel lodge! The TV was so tiny -...

Thank you for your comments. We are happy that you found the room clean and comfortable but sorry that you did not enjoy your stay. Some of our showers have been newly refurbished to modern fittings and further works are planned for the near future. From a security perspective we require a deposit for tv remotes as they have been...

this is my first review on trip advisor, I am 24 years old but needed to vent my anger of this terrible horrific hotel!! I work all over the country day in day out, a different hotel every night, and this sorry excuse of a hotel is rediculous, we were thrown our key whilst the receptionist muttered where to go,...

Im writing this from the Wilmslow Hotel right now. I'm currently listening to next door have sex really loudly and have been for hours (its 4:45am), you can hear everything. It smells like the place has been flooded and dried out, if you're a single person in a single room, you're not entitle to beverages or a towel for a...

Was meant to stay here on Friday 1st of May, hadn't really read much reviews before as I booked last minute & it was a relatively cheap room, I now understand why it was so cheap, No shower which was very strange, a TV which looks like it was around in the 1960's & an overall unclean room. Stayed in...

Our room served its purpose as a one night stay only, close to The Curry Mile, other pubs, restaurants and Manchester centre via bus. Plenty of buses passed the hotel going into the centre. The bedroom was OK but they had not cleaned under the beds. Bathroom was clean but without frosted glass in the window which was directly over...

Dirty bedding. Dirty bath. Dirty bathroom. Dusty. Dodgy electrics. For 49 pounds it should at least be clean. Thankfully my kids weren't with us. We couldn't have taken them there. Didn't try any food so can't comment. There was a kettle but it didn't look so nice an we dare not drink from it.
