The whole place felt grubby and smelled horrible. There were hairs on the carpet and math room floor. The bed was uncomfortable and sagged in the middle and the pillows were rock hard. I would recommend a stay here. It needs modernising and an improved cleaning regime.

Location was perfect, stayed in a studio room and it was very spacious and nicely decorated. Beds very comfy. The tv in the bathroom was a very nice surprise. However housekeeping could be better, every time i finished my toilet roll i had to go down to reception myself to ask for more. Ended up buying my own in the supermarket. Sheets didn't get changed on the days they were supposed to. One time housekeeping gave me a bin bag and made me change my own bins. However after mentioning this to reception they fixed it immediately. Other than that it was an amazing stay.

I've stayed here a number of times and each time has been great. The rooms are all spacious and bright, whatever room type you choose. I liked Roomzzz so much that last time I was there, I asked to book my family into their penthouse suite for a little getaway. The only room that can accommodate children is the penthouse suite, but it's well worth it! The penthouse is split over two floors with one four poster bed on the lower floor with the living space and kitchen. There is a further bedroom up the spiral staircase. All the rooms I have stayed in have TV's above the bath tub which is a nice touch. The service from the reception staff was excellent and nothing was too much to ask. The only thing that could be improved is the grab and go breakfast. Whilst this is a nice touch, it would be even nicer with a couple of minor improvements in variety.

Upon arrival I found out i had been upgraded fromt he basic studio, which was excellent given i had already paid for a discoubted package, the staff were warm and welcoming. The room was a good size and bed was comfy. I loved a lot of things. But then the cracks started to show. The glass cupoard door above the sink wasnt attached correctly and I reported it on my night of arrival as it was dangerous. there were also holes in the headboards. The shower leaked no matter what you did and as this was in the room you could see whwere it had warped the wood and just felt a bit not thought through and tatty. Also some of the cleanliness was questionable. I stayed for three nights and the the cupboard door hadnt been fixed by the time I left which made me really wonder if they were concerned about the health and safety of their customers. I had to report this twixe as well as nithing had been done. And I think this was reflective of the overall approach. It was my first every aparthotel experience and i definitley would do it again. Just maybe not with roomzzz

Stayed in the Penthouse Suite which is very tatty and noisy from road traffic noise. It has no doors between bedrooms and the sitting area so not suitable for families as there is no sound screening between rooms.
