After spending the last 4 yrs here for Manchester Pride, we came with high expectations for this stay, none of which were fulfilled in this trip. Starting with the block we were in, building work was happening - while itself not a problem the paint the were using was high strength and they were doing and they were doing the...

These are basic rooms but fine for 1 night. No wifi in the rooms so you have to walk via a link corridor to the public areas if you need wifi. Unlike some of the other reviewers I was in a room with tea & coffee making facilities, soap & shower gel. Reception staff were friendly. I paid £36 including...

Arrived early and was able to check in for extra money, decided not to, left my bag at Palladium Hotel Reception. Came back after 2pm to check in to find my room on Level 5 - no lift. Once in the room, which is extremely small. Bed sheets all clean. No coffee or tea making facilities as suggested on website....

Have stayed in these rooms several times now as they are good centrally located rooms which are great to use after a night out. Whilst they are basic student accomodation, they are clean, well-maintained and it's good to have your own own (admittedly small) toilet and shower. When I stayed this time it looked like they had put out brand...

I chose to stay here because it was convenient for catching an early train from Piccadilly station. Good value for money by city centre standards. Bit apprehensive that it would be noisy as it was a Saturday night but slept OK. "Free toiletries" they promised but there wasn't even a bit of soap. After I made a request for some...

An old university hall attached to a normal hotel, these rooms are absolutely fine if you just want a place to sleep when you're drunk; anything else and you need to look elsewhere. The rooms are basic as you would expect, single bed, wardrobe and NO TV! The shower also seems to give you a good five minutes before the...

I stayed for a week in this residence and I must say I wasn't expecting such a great standard! The rooms are for one with an en suite bathroom, and were cleaned daily. The 24-hour reception was very helpful when I was in need, and the breakfast was excellent!

3 nights for £87 I have to say I was apprehensive when I booked, but all other places were out of my price range. I'm attending a convention and I expect that's why prices were inflated. I'm a solo female and have security issues. pro's: 1) cost. compared to everywhere else very cheap 2) single room, en suite with toilet...

This is a student residence which works as a hotel during summer. The only positive thing is that is is very close to specific departments of the university of Manchester. The rooms are very small not clean at all the bathroom is disaster but if you want to stay there for only 1-2 nights I guess it's ok because the...
