I always stay here when I'm in Manchester. It's basic but clean and if you just need a place to rest your head, freshen up in the morning and keep your stuff safe, it is ideal. There's no wifi in the Halls and no TV in the rooms but as its part of the Days Hotel Complex you get to...

This is basic student accommodation that happens to be attached to the Pendulum Hotel. Rooms include en suite bathroom and water kettle. Housekeeping daily except weekends- at least while I was there. There is a student kitchen for every five or six rooms, so there is access to a fridge, microwave and stove, but no utensils were provided. Still possible...

Spartan student accommodation in great location. Tiny single room, very small and tired looking en-suite shower room. The bed was surprisingly comfortable but the big problem was noise. I was on the ground floor in the red wing, overlooking the street and next to a fire door. Every time someone came through the door, it slammed loudly and the room...

It was cheaper than other places around. On the good side the bed linen was very clean and it was en suite. It is close from where I needed to be for work and staff were friendly. As a minus, it is very small, very basic, only good if you spend minimum time in your room. The walls are very...

Fantastic location for Manc Pride! Just down the road :) Very cheap compared to most of the hotels around this time. The rooms were clean too. I'll be booking here again. Only down side was that the reception staff don't work at night, so you had to go to the hotel adjacent if you had any problems/needed to check out...

Stayed here in early September as purely a place to crash after a night seeing friends in Manchester. As an ex student in Manchester, I pretty much knew exactly what to expect, the bare minimum, however was a little surprised (pleasantly). The rooms are basic, single bed, en suite, with tea and coffee making facilities in the room for convenience....

Still in this smelly and dirty room. Both towels has brown stain on them, one flat pillow, mattress so thin you can feel the hard metal springs on your back . Wanted to have a 5 minutes shower but couldn't because it drained so badly as soon as I turned the water on, it filled up the basin. Corridor smells...

I paid £29 for one night and and chose to stay here as it's close to Piccadilly and I had an early train to catch and the price was right. I'm happy with what I paid and it's basic student accommodation but clean and with tea n coffee facilities in the room. First time I had a bit of a...
