This is a true country estate with beautiful rooms and gardens. The restaurants are very good but the staff stands out. Everyone is helpful, pleasant and attentive. I will definitely stay here again and try the spa next time.

Beautiful high quality get away, just an hour and twenty minutes from London Marylebone. The staff here are special, genuinely kind, warm and helpful. We didn't book in advance so the main restaurant was full but the food in the brasserie was really top notch and we look forward to coming back and trying the main restaurant next time. The...

I, with a friend, recently stayed 2 nights at The Mallory Court Hotel. We found the staff most helpful and went out of the way to make our stay enjoyable. Our room was well furnished and very clean. Excellent location for visiting National Trust properties and the delightful Cotswold villages. The hotel proposes to open a Spa in April and...

Excellent stay with family; 9 of us, all of whom felt we'd been very well looked after. The staff were very polite and couldn't do enough for us. It was a fantastic surprise to have a private dining breakfast! The rooms in the separate annex look a little tired, especially in communal areas, but this is a minor gripe. Be...

We've stayed at this hotel twice in recent months, and it has excelled on both occasions. The staff are friendly and very obliging, the rooms are lovely and well-equipped and the dining is excellent, although the lounge areas were cold when we visited.

Excellent attentive staff who are a credit to the restaurant. Food was on the whole very good. But.......the roast potatoes were not as they should be. Mass catering, been hanging around for a while under a heater lamp soaking up fat from the tray. The chef should view all that leaves the kitchen and not allow anything to leave the...

Let me do the good stuff first. The quality of service at this hotel is flawless. I've not met a more friendly team on the front desk or at meal service. Questions about local restaurants were answered without an implied 'aren't we good enough for you'. Late comers (I was in the bar) were offered sandwiches without having to ask...

Very nice hotel and although I was there on my own for Business it really would be a great hotel for couples. I stayed in a standard double which was a nice size, but there were a few small niggles such as the Bathroom being a bit on the small side and the room faced the road which is fine,...

Have stayed here a number of times when working in the area. Wonderful location, wonderful staff, lovely rooms. Food to die for in the main restaurant and delicious in the Brasserie. Lovely frontage, old world charm and top quality customer service. Brilliant breakfast with super fresh juices.

Booked the Mallory Court for a weekend to explore the locality. Nice friendly staff and good food (breakfast). We had a room in the annex building which was well appointed, modern and nice and quiet. Very warm though, even with the heating turned off and the window open. Water, Tea and Coffee facilities are available as was some complimentary fruit....
