Visiting relatives locally, so chose this b&b as short walk away. We stayed in the annex part(not the main house). Room was, clean and comfortable. Shower good. Breakfast plentiful. Would recommend as a decent place to lay your head.

We recently visited The Park Hotel for a one night stay, whilst visiting family in Preston. Whilst having easy access to Preston town centre, we felt that the hotel itself was below standard. Checking was straight forward, however we were given a room in the annexe, next door to the main house and were not even shown to the building....

The hotel is a Victorian/ Edwarian house in a relatively quiet part of town. A lot of the original decorative features are maintained which makes it an attractive location. Our room was pleasant, the bed however was not to our request, so sleeping was not so good also the bathroom was miniscule, everything was very clean The breakfast menu was...

A very adequate and comfortable hotel. Plenty of parking free wifi friendly staff. No real complaints about my stay. I would however point out that some of the rooms have a sink in the room (not in the bathroom) and that the food choice in the restaurant (if you are a vegetarian and expect hotels to have moved into the...

I'm sat here at 11:52 pm listening to the TV blaring from next door and the banging of doors below and opposite our room. This is supposed to be a quiet room! Now more than likely the couple next door aren't speaking that loud but they are easily heard due to thin walls, so if you want a quiet night...

Wasn't show to the room but given clear instructions as I was staying the in annex part of the building. Room itself was modern and clean, with a good size bathroom and...

Stayed here as a stop over for a family member's birthday in Chorley. When we first got here, the staff were really friendly and we were shown to our room on the top floor. At first, my wife and I were really disappointed, as there was mould on the windows and the room was looking quite "tired". I'd been used...

Very nice small welcoming hotel with a personal friendly welcome from the owner. The building itself very nice and the public areas and room well appointed and comfortable. Didn't eat here but sure it would have been lovely

Stayed here whilst on a business trip, check in was smooth and room was ok apart from the motor on the toilet going off every so often (motor must be to get water pressure). Had evening meal of Fish and Chips which was lovely after a days travelling. Bed was average, but Breakfast made up for that, staff are very...
