We attended my partner’s nieces wedding, Hayley and her husband to be David on Friday 14th August 2015, and what I must say is what a fantastic time we had. The venue was lovely and the hotel most accommodating. As we travelled some distance to attend I rang the hotel to see if we could have an "Early Check-in", the...

It's not 'fabulous' or off the scale for decor etc but as a regular visitor the welcome is always friendly and professional and the food is pretty good too. I could stay in a large branded alternative just done the road but the Barton Grange has a more personal feel and the good service speaks volumes for how the staff...

I regularly stay at the Barton Grange Hotel, as my job requires me to travel to Lancashire. The Barton Grange is my preferred choice of hotel due to the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness and comfort in all the rooms and their great facilities (pool, gym etc). They are always very helpful and accommodating when I need to book...

We chose this venue for our wedding and we so glad we did! Hotel in General- every member of staff from reception to housekeeping were so helpful. Peter & Pam are an asset to the reservations/reception team. The Hotel always looked clean and tidy, very well kept. Some may say it is dated in parts, the hotel has been around...

We stayed here for a wedding in early August. I had high hopes for the hotel however the room we had was pretty basic, a bit dated and was right next to a flat roof with air conditioning units scattered about and next to our window... not that there was any aic con in the room. You may think why...

Stayed for two nights as i was on a course at the hotel. The welcome was really friendly - i arrived in the evening and was told (much to my surprise) that if i wanted room service i could order anything from the menu including the three course special menu if i wanted. Food and service was faultless - everyone...

We had our wedding here and it was amazing every member of staff couldn't do enough. Peter (on the front desk) nothing was to much trouble. The night porter ( I think his name was Adam) was again always there when you needed him. As to the whole hotel food was fantastic the rooms are really clean and tidy. I...

Always like to start with a positive - the staff at the hotel were very good, happy, bright and attentive. Less positive this hotel needs a bit of care and attention. Decor is shabby. Our room was far too hot and whilst the was a window to open, this was out onto a flat roof and was a security risk....

We stayed here from Thurs 23 July to Mon 27 July 2015. Our daughter picked the venue for her wedding on Sat 25 July. What a fantastic weekend, staff are so pleasant and accommodating, no matter our requests it was not a problem to them. The special day went without a hitch (well registrar held up in traffic) but hotel...

This centrally located hotel (only a few minutes off the M6) is perfect, if looking for a place to 'rest your head' for 1-2 nights. Although this hotel is dated and quite tired, it's clean and has all the necessary amenities available to accommodate a short break. Our room was a 'reasonable size' and the bed was comfortable. Staff (on...
