Maintenance needs to be addressed. There was a large hole in the carpet at the foot of the bed. They also had trouble at their modern, hi-tech check-in desk, where the self-check in screens were not working.

Everything was ok. I would appreciate more variable breakfast - cheese, ham, etc.... The stay was good, room very clean and nice. People polite. Swimming pool is a good idea, unfortunatelly I did not have time to go there. I will recommend. The price should be lower, it is quite expensive.

Everithig was Ok, very nice hotel and very good location for the purpose of my trip; The room was little bit noisy because just in front to the lift doors. Room and bathroom cleanliness, could be improved.

A nice modern busy hotel, rooms are compact but comfortable. Just let down by the standard of cleaning in the room and maintenance as there was some damaged woodwork, cigarette burn in chair (it was smokefree). In the housekeepers defence the rooms are poorly lit so may struggle to see stains

travelled with another family for a nearby sporting event. Hotel was clean, staff were helpful. Facilities were good, kids loved the pool. Friday night pub special made the meal extremely good value for money. When me DS hurt his knee hotel staff went extra mile to provide ice pack and offered pain relief. A very enjoyable stay.

Hotel room: + Nicely decorated. - I was on the first floor and the music from the gym can be heard as it was quite loud. There was no towel dryer/or any radiators. After a nice relaxing bath my towels were damp still for my morning shower. The heating never worked. No complementary biscuits! Restaurant: + verve food very nice...

Thank you for your review. Great to read you found our staff helpful and enjoyed the Restaurant. Worst experience ever. There was blood on the bed sheets covers. Then there was no working TV channels due to no signal and they kept cutting out. Ac was making rattling noise so had to switch it off and leave window open
