Clean, modern rooms. Comfortable bed. Starbucks convinently in the lobby. Quick check in and check out. Breakfast wasn't overly impressive but was better than most free hotel breakfasts. Good value for money.

This is a great hotel for a stay, a party, room hire, business meetings, lunch, dinner, a drink and a good venue for events. Clean, smart & snazzy. Good offers available too!! Loads of parking, Wi-Fi and smart staff. Gym next door!

• No one to help at Check in. I appreciate it’s all automated however there were no instructions on when and where breakfast is and if you have never been to the hotel before you had to search around before you found the lift/access to the rooms • There were only two pillows in the room, so we called down...

Great hotel. Terrible bar with many huge noisy TVs so loud you couldn't converse. Rooms are excellent - clean, attractive and spacious. Only two pillows though. Most hotels have extra two in room. Strange reception area.

Stayed here for the Autosport Show at NEC. Ideally located. Booked on black Friday deal with 2 night stay costing less than £60.00. Leisure facilities were good, decent pool and Jacuzzi. Food in restaurant wasn't great so we didn't use this the second evening. Breakfast was good but no Weetabix!? Room clean and adequate for our stay, will use the...

The hotel is just average. On check in, it's self service which personally I don't agree with. There is a staff member to help you but no personal interaction. I was given the wrong room on arrival, but they quickly swapped me with no hassle. Room was quite nice with kettle. Nothing special needed a lick of paint! Light hanging...

We stayed in room 106 for one night. On entering the room we were slightly gutted by the view; a grey flat roof with cigarette butts scattered over it and a wall....pretty depressing. Also, whoever designed the lighting in the room needs a P45. It’s either a bedside lamp or an extremely bright light smashing you straight in the face...

I needed a hotel in an emergency and selected the Village Hotel because of its convenient location. The first thing I saw on arrival was a branch of Starbucks next to the entrance, as you would expect to find at all the best hotels!! It was late and I had very little choice, so I continued into the Reception Area...
