Stayed here because Malvern Premier Inn was fully booked but wishing we hadn't. We stayed in a family room with our 7yr Old daughter - the room, whilst clean, was tired with paper thin ceilings and little in the way of air ventilation.
We had 'breakfast' in the restaurant (pub)

Adequate accomodation to break journey South. Room was comfortable but needs upgrade to include more power points, better lighting and fittings. Premier Inn Lancaster Room 215 good example and far superior room at same price!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great value for money. Location just off the motorway was ideal. Will use this one at Tewksbury over the Cheltenham ones for all our visits. Far better value for money.

I had a lovely one night stay here with my daughter. The staff were excellent. Friendly and helpful and the hotel was lovely and clean.
We slept well and enjoyed the breakfast.
Will definitely be back.

Stayed here as a stopover on the way to Cornwall for business. Quick, friendly and efficient check in, and a premier inn room up to standard. Plenty of parking and extra tea, coffee and milk available at the reception desk. Will stay again on way back to Cornwall.

Hi, Is there disabled access rooms. Do such rooms have an accessible shower/wet room or is the shower over the bath?
Yes but advisable to contact hotel to confirm that there is one available on your requested date. There is usually a long walk to your room but it is positioned close to the fire exit which is sensible.

Hi. I would like to ask 2 questions. 1) Is there a lift in this hotel? 2) Does the hotel have air-conditioning? Thank you.
Hi This hotel doesn't have lift. There is also no air-con but fans can be provided on request from the hotel reception. You can view available facilities via your chosen hotel's page on the Premier Inn website. Darren

How far from Tewkesbury town centre is the hotel?
Hi Chris, If you wished to walk to Tewkesbury Town Centre, this would take approx 20-25 minutes depending on pace. It may be easier for you to drive yourself or get a taxi which would only take about 5 minutes to drive. The team at Reception would be happy to arrange a taxi for you if you wanted one. Thanks! Kind regards, Rebecca

Hi there, what time does the restaurant and bar close?
I'm sorry, I have no idea. The food is good and the restaurant is clean but we didn't use it after tea time, so I'm afraid further than that, I can't help you, sorry.
