Lovely clean rooms. Excellent friendly service next door in the restaurant. Food quality is good. Atmosphere relaxing. Ideal if you need the M5 and not far from the A46. A good location for the Cotswolds.

Great hotel in an ideal location. We stayed here as we were guests at a local wedding reception where no accommodation was available. The hotel exceeded our expectations and the staff were all very helpful and personable. Would recommend without a doubt.

It’s a Premier Inn, it’s a standard setup, however the service has prompted me to write this review. I arrived early and my room wasn’t ready, the young lady at the desk made a quick call to get the service team to prioritise my room and wandered me over to the associated bar where she organised coffee for me while... Stayed at this Premier Inn last Friday (28th October). Perfect for a quick stopover, with attached beefeater restraunt. Stayed with my wife and 2 boys (11 and 15). Rooms comfortable and clean, which is what I have come to expect from a Premier Inn. Meals (evening meal and breakfast) also very good. Very conveniently located just off the motorway. Would... I booked this hotel for a 5 night business trip in preference to a nearby hotel from another chain. I usually find that Premier inn with their free WiFi is superior to the nearest competitor. Comfort wise this was probably true, however the free WiFi was pretty rubbish. I ended up paying to upgrade to the ultimate WiFi which, though... More

We visited on a Friday and had the buffet, the staff were very efficient but the food was average (we had the buffet but the food trays took a long time to be refilled On the plus side The food and drinks orders are taken at the tables now rather than having to queue at the bar

Ideally located for office in adjacent trading estate. Hotel is okay as is the attached Brewers Fayre. Reception staff friendly as were evening staff in BF - however, breakfast staff lack the same attitude. Will visit again due to handy location

Well located and good car parking. Staff here very welcoming and friendly. Located next to Brewers Faye and this link facility not up to the best standard have found elsewhere. Staff here raced through a welcome explanation and other guests were finding this too, and having to ask for a repeat explanation. Restaurant was cold and unfriendly.
