My husband and I stayed here 1 night before watching rugby in Gloucester the following day. We were upgraded to a wonderful room with amazing views. We had a evening meal, the menu was short, but we prefer that. Excellent meal. The breakfast was a buffet and again excellent, lovely mushrooms! The staff were all very helpful. I would recommend...

We stayed at the hotel for one night over the Cheltenham Festival and it was a lovely surprise to see the lovely grounds and views followed by a modern and comfortable hotel. Food was good and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. We will be booking up for next year asap as it would be difficult to find anywhere...

This hotel is in a lovely area of the Cotswold's and really near the town of Tewkesbury which has a lot to offer. It is in the middle of a golf course so there is along winding drive up to the property so walking to the town is not a real option. We paid extra and booked the touch of...

Had a lovely weekend stay here on the canine retreat package. Staff friendly and decor brilliant. Room was lovely and catered but need to remove some furniture as need a little more space to move around, don't need all the chest. The door straight to outside very handy with the pooch, especially onto such beautiful grounds. Didn't use the leisure...

Thank you for your review and we're so pleased that you enjoyed your visit to Tewkesbury Park and of course that your dog had a great time exploring too. We've recently started welcoming dogs to the hotel, especially after taking delivery of Puddle, our hotel dog in-training, so it's useful to have feedback on how we can make improvements, which...

Amazing amazing place, with the best of staff especially Alister who helped us a lot a long side with the other staff! Best customer service you could ask for. Literally from the breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner waiters to the concierge everyone was so helpful! Leisure facilities and spa treatments were amazing, and the spa ladies could of not been...

Thank you for your review and for enjoying the new Tewkesbury Park. We've spent a huge amount over the past two years investing in our hotel to make it first-class and so it's very pleasing to know that it's money well spent. Here's a little secret. On your next visit, why don't you reserve King Richard III suite or Lord...

Room: Good: Great bed, great dog bed, fab shower, lovely products, loads of fluffy towels. Could do with a little more space - perhaps remove some of the chests of drawers as it was difficult for two of us to navigate the space at the bottom of the bed. Also bathroom needs a tiny update but that was minor. Facilities:...

Thanks for your constructive review and I think I'd be the first to admit that we need to continually train the team as they and the hotel develops. However, we're very pleased with progress thus far and at the core is a friendliness, a willingness and natural hospitality, which all ooze through to create a great atmosphere, unlike so many...

Absolutely beautiful room excellent lovely furnishings. Bed linen same as ibis hotels and premier inn use lovely, but extra woolly blanket and delightful hot water bottle in woolly coat. Bathroom so clean, mini toiletries, tissues. Abundance of fluffy towels. Tea/coffee tray adequate until you taste the local biscuits sublime. There is also the lovely touch if you want fresh milk...

Thank you for your review and we're glad you had a great weekend and enjoyed the murder mystery. Just so you know, we're not in control of this so it'll be worth pointing out to them if you thought it was a bit oversubscribed. We are, however, responsible for staff training, conduct and efficiency, so we'll take on board your...
