I stayed here for two nights and will never return. I stayed due to it being a Best Western thinking it would be a decent standard. I was wrong. The hotel is not kept clean and the room was of a poor standard. Also, the bathroom requires completely ripping out. I shall never return.

Staff tried hard. Nice looking hotel. However it was a cold day and in the room the heating did not work, we asked to change rooms to where there was heating. But was told Hotel full. Eventually a kind member of staff found us two fan heaters (I don't like fan heaters) which did warm the room up quickly. We...

A very nice clean hotel, the lady receptionist was very friendly and helpful when we checked in. The room was nice clean, bed soft.. but it's an old building and the floors above creak a lot.. I wouldn't let it put you off.. free parking, toiletries etc..

Arrived at the hotel and got to my room to use the toilet, check the bath and there was hair in it. Went to wash my hands and there's hair on and in the sink. Room is very basic I don't know how this has three stars.
