Myself, my Daughter and my Grandson stayed here overnight whilst on a weekend trip to Cadbury World and West Midlands Safari Park - the room we were allocated was a bit cramped as they had put in a sofa bed as there were 3 of us however we had an excellent nights sleep which is what you want, the evening... Avoid the breakfast at all costs - £10 for cheap ingredients served luke-warm at best. Watered down orange juice and what tasted like powdered eggs. Definitely not worth the money. Clean rooms with all expected facilities but beds are hard and duvets thin

Lovely clean room and bathroom. Was very cold but there was a portable heater in the room so used that. The bed was too hard for me so didn't sleep very well. Good value for money and convenient for the railway station. Didn't eat there so can't comment on the food.

The room is basically furnished, but warm, comfortable and clean. I particularly liked the walk-in wet room / shower, which suits someone of my larger-than-average build, and is far better than the normal small baths or showers, offered by many hotels. I was very impressed by the high quality of the food (especially the chef's specials) and the very wide... More

I have stayed here twice over recent weeks for work and this hotel delivers good, clean, comfortable rooms and an overall positive experience. Staff friendly and helpful. Location is a little outside the centre of Walsall but bar and restaurant in the hotel are absolutely fine for the business user. If you are staying for more than a couple of... More

We stayed here on Saturday 19th November for convenience as we were attending a function at Bescot Stadium. The rooms are very basic, uninviting, and cold. On check in at 3pm we noticed the corridors were very dirty with food etc on the floors. At breakfast the staff were rude we were told sit anywhere we could find a clean... More

We stayed as a family of 4 as part of a National Holidays trip to Cadbury world and Trentham Monkey Garden's. When we checked in we were told we had interested connecting rooms and they were both spotless and of a generous size. We had an evening meal and breakfast as part of our package and the evening meal had... More
