Situated conveniently near lakeside leisure and London, Doubletree by Hilton Dartford Bridge is a popular choice for its prime location and tranquil atmosphere. While guests commend the clean, spacious rooms and the hotel's overall cleanliness and welcoming vibe, some travelers mention walls might be on the thinner side, allowing noise to filter through.
Though the range of amenities including a pool and gym is appreciated, additional charges for these have caused some disappointment. Reviews on service are varied, with accolades for staff friendliness contrasting reports of inconsistent service quality.

Hotel's Favourite
The DoubleTree by Hilton Dartford Bridge is close to the southern entrance to the Dartford Crossing. The hotel is large and impressive from the outside, my latest visit was for an overnight stay. Check in was fine and I was recognised as a Diamond Elite member and it wasn't long before I was in the room I pre-selected on the Hilton app.
The room was incredibly spacious with a comfortable bed, lots of storage space and a large TV with a good range of channels. The bathroom was good with a decent shower and a range of toiletries provided. As I left early in the morning I didn't have the chance to have breakfast. It is a nice hotel which have stayed in a few times before, it is close to Dartford Crossing and has a good range of facilities.

I wanted to share my amazing experience using Massage Holistic Therapy at Double tree hilton in Dartford.
Firstly I was sent all of the information about the measures both by the therapist and the hotel about the precautions and measure being taken for Covid. When I arrived, the reception was set up to make sure there were clear one way and queuing space, hand sanitser etc...
My therapist greeted me in reception in full PPE and was so organised and professional throughout the consultation, making sure I was reassured and that were were both safe. The room was a larger ventilated room, with lots of space to keep us separate, plastic on the flooring and all set up to ensure we stayed safe. At the same time, there was still the relaxing ambiance of a therapy room, it felt calm and relaxing.
As for Jas and her massage, I will also ways say that she is the best. She honestly cares about each and every client and making sure they get the most from the treatments. My massage was tailored specifically to where I felt aches and tension, by no means a standard massage which can feel a little like a well rehearsed routine. This was absolutely specific to me and that is the big different in Jas from any other massages I've had. Its genuinely all about you.
I would thoroughly recommend both the hotel facilities and Massage Holistic Therapy services.

A lot to digest? Read an AI-generated summary of recent traveller reviews.
Stayed here on a Saturday night through work. I’ll start by saying ample parking spaces available (at least 100-150 free) and £6 per night to park, mostly lit with a few cameras dotted about the car park.
Upon check in I’d already picked a room via the app but was asked if I’d like an upgrade to a suite as a Gold member to which I obviously said yes. I got suite room 526 which was huge, my only gripe about the room was the bathroom was very dated, I saw the remnants of the previous guest in the toilet and the water pressure in the shower was poor.
The only other aspect of my stay to review is breakfast, this is poor, using COVID as an excuse to serve a poor breakfast is 3 months out of date. I’m stayed in the doubletree at Milton Keynes a few weeks ago and there are gulfs apart with this hotel lacking. It was part of the room rate so don’t know how much it costs but I’d advise against it as it’s not value for money. I got offered an “English Breakfast” which at least they didn’t lie and say it was a full English otherwise I might have got reading standards involved, this was 1 x sausage, 1 x fried egg, 1 x hash brown and a small pot of beans. There was a continental option of toast and pre packed pastries which had come out of the fridge and not fresh.
Overall, still a better option than the HI express over the road and any other options locally but not really a good doubletree as they go. I would stay here again if passing but not go out of my way to stay here.

Dear FatLou1, thank you for taking your time to share your recent experience at our hotel. I am glad to read that the team recognised your Gold status and managed to upgrade your room. I am sorry to read that we failed to meet your expectations on breakfast offering. Kindly accept my apologies. I would like to highlight that we just started serving hot plated breakfast from 1st of October. We do have a selection of bacon, sausage, fried egg, baked beans, and Hash brown in the plated option. We also have Bacon baps and Sausage baps to choose along with COVID safe cold buffet with selection of yoghurt, muesli, Breakfast cereals, whole fruit, pastries, and bread along with fresh fruit juices and bean to cup coffee. All our items in the cold buffet are individually wrapped and got sanitising stations in the vantage points. We sincerely appreciate your feedback as this helps us to continuously improve our offering. We look forward to welcome you back soon. Yours Sincerely Karthick Srinivasan

Stayed for one night. Received room reserved but at check-in I was NOT told the Restaurant was closed due to private function: indeed, was given directions to the Restaurant with no added comments. Showered and changed, looking forward to good Restaurant service, only to arrive at the Bar with a sign the Restaurant was closed AND the Bar was full with those guests for the private function. Eventually got attention of sole barman to be told I could order food at the bar and it would be served in Sports Bar, with wipe clean tables and sports on tv. Went to Reception and asked to speak to Duty Manager who apologised and offered to send food and drink to my room, one drink at hotel's expense. Much better to watch MY preferences on tv than somebody's sports BUT so annoyed I had wasted one hour due to lack of information. Hotel's buffet breakfast was excellent with very pleasant staff and hot (for a change!) buffet food.

We book this break for 7 ladies through another company. We requested 2 doubles and a triple room. Upon arrival our triple group asked for an extra bed and were told that they would send someone up to make up the sofa bed - not sure how this was going to happen as there was no sofa in the room. After requesting an extra bed a couple of times we were then advised that the hotel did not provide roll-away beds so two friends had to share a bed. At no time during the booking process were we advised this. That apart the Spa treatments we had all booked were first rate. The technician was Jas who we understand had been brought in at the last minute. She was excellent and very good at her job. We were also a bit surprised to be sharing the pool with children's swimming lessons which was bearable but it was the parents all sitting round the edge of the pool taking up all the loungers that was a bit harder to put up with. That and the changing room being full of parents, buggies and luggage. Not the relaxing time we all thought we would have. That aside for what we paid it was excellent value for the treatment, food and overnight accommodation and we would probably come back but try to avoid swimming lesson time!!

Visited this DoubleTree Hilton during Covid, so I understand that, as with a lot of hotels at the moment, they aren't looking their best. However having visited other Hiltons n 2020, this one fell below the mark.
Firstly, all the staff I met were polite, helpful and cheerful. I wore a mask in all public areas, as the signs and government announcements request. I was disappointed to see however very few other guests and staff did the same.
also, When I arrived I was told that the restaurant was closed "due to Covid restrictions" however meals were being served in the bar. This didn't make any sense. The bar was reasonably small so people were forced to share tables with strangers and gather at the bar to order food or drink. It wasn't clear why we couldn't have been seated in the restaurant, with a limited menu and be more socially distanced.
As I mentioned, in other Hiltons I have visited over the last few weeks, the breakfasts have all been table service and no buffet. At Darford Hilton however it is a breakfast bag which in itself, was fine - however we had to que at reception to collect it creating another bottle neck.
The bedroom its self was very large and a little dated, it didn't feel as clean as others Hiltons I have visited and I noticed there was a previous guests sock still on the chair and a sticky residue on the carpet I put my bare foot in!!
all in all, the location is great for business on the M25, however wasn't a pleasant experience to visit.

I just wanted to write to let you know what a wonderful asset Jas is to the Hilton at Dartford.
Yesterday was my third visit to the Hotel. Each time I have driven from my home and always found a parking space. As I have entered the hotel Jas has always been there to greet me with her beautiful warm and calming presence and a smile that would put the most nervous customer at ease.
She is attentive from the word go. Her room is calm, serene and relaxing and the bed can be put into the most amazing positions to make the whole experience as simple and customer friendly as possible. No matter what age, shape, size or medical condition you are in – it works for everyone. I cant wait to get on it as it is gently heated too.
Whatever treatment I have booked with Jas, I know will be done with care, compassion, love and most importantly through Jas’ own feelings on what needs to done. I often don’t need to say a word and Jas finds her way to the parts of my body that need the attention. Her hands are most certainly healing hands and I know for a fact that she has a positive influence on so many of her customers.
Her full body massages are incredible and I cant recommend them enough – although the last two times I have been for reflexology which, again, Jas does with such care and feeling, you just know that it is going to make a difference to your wellbeing. It has mine 😊
I hope you have the opportunity to visit Jas during your stay. You will not be disappointed. She is definitely something special.

My overall experience for our stay is pathetic because of below issues we faced.
1. We reached hotel on 29th June at around 7:30 PM and we were told that our rooms are not ready so we have have to wait and were offered one drink at the bar per Adult (4 Drinks in total)
2. Charging points along with bed are not working in room no 239, when I informed at reception they told me that no other rooms are available for replacement
3. On 4th day of our stay (2nd July), I asked to do deep cleaning of my room as no room cleaning was done in last 4 days, but when We returned back in the evening both our rooms 239 and 243 were not cleaned and no one bothered to change the towels in the rooms, we I checked at reception The reply I got is we are short of staff
4. No one cleaned the bins for both the rooms
5. We requested for cutlery (Plate and Spoon) at reception but no one bothered to give the cutlery in our rooms
6. Today Morning we requested for toilet roll by calling at reception and again o one returned, literally I have ask the housekeeping in lobby to give the toilet roll
7. Since today morning (3rd July) there is no hot water in the rooms we all had to take cold bath which is one of the biggest health and safety issue
8. One of the Bed light in room no 239 is not working
9. Water is getting stuck in Wash Basin in room number 239, enclosing picture for your reference.
10. Door rooms are so hard to open/close as you have to force yourself

Dear Gurpreet M, Thank you for taking your time to share your recent experience at our hotel. I am very sorry to read your comments and kindly accept my sincere apologies. We have taken a note of the room 239 to get our maintenance team to check. With regards to cleaning, I have shared your comments with the Housekeeping Manager. I would like to take this opportunity to highlight part of our environmental policy that we change towels only if it is on the floor, if it is hanged behind the door then we don’t change. This policy is displayed in the bathroom for our guest to support in protecting the environment. We also change the bedding only after 3 nights. Our hotel had issues with hot water for 4 hours on 3rd July, which was quickly resolved. I am sorry we failed to meet your expectations, We sincerely appreciate your feedback, as this will help us to improve our service. I do hope you would give us another chance to showcase our hotel in a different light. Thank you Yours Sincerely Karthick

I would like to thank Clair Gower in reservations for her attentiveness.
We live near the hotel and always pass it when we visit Bluewater, but we’ve never had a good reason to book a hotel so close to home. After browsing the Hilton website I found out that the hotel was newly refurbished in 2022, so as a treat for my daughter, I booked a room for us and her two friends. The Hotel didn’t disappoint.
Pros:
A month prior to our visit I emailed reservations to enquiry about meals and spa access. Clair learnt that we will be celebrating my daughter’s 16th birthday and she did the upmost to make sure my daughter felt special.
We were given complimentary car parking and were upgraded from a standard guest room to a HUGE deluxe room.
Although the exterior looks small, the hotel interior is very chic and clean. I love the lobby decor with its soft velvet seats and shiny trimmings. The large blossom trees by the entrance are a nice touch too.
Upon check-in, we were gifted delicious chocolate and walnut cookies and a birthday cake and card were waiting for my daughter in our room. The girls were so excited to find complimentary robes and slippers to use for our pool session.
The room was fabulous, deluxe twin room with 2 queen beds and plenty of space to leave our baggage and room for three teenagers to play games and eat their snacks. Just perfect for the 4 of us. The room was contemporary decorated with calming greys and purples and ceiling to floor blackout curtains. The bathroom is equipped with quality branded taps and furnishing. It was sparkling clean (this was my favourite part of the room).
We ate dinner and breakfast in the newly launched Cask & Thames restaurant. The dinner servings were generous and breakfast was all you can eat buffet.
Cons:
I didn’t like the pool and gym area. The appearance did not match the accommodation. Although not neglected, a full refurb is needed to compliment the rest of the hotel. However, whilst talking to a gym member, I learnt that the health centre is managed by a different company.
We didn’t try the steam room because it was out of order. Nevertheless, the girls enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi and sauna.
I had a restful weekend and was very pleased with our overnight stay. Checkout the photos for the superb decor.

Staff was friendly and respectful. Swimming area could use a deep clean especially around the jacuzzi floor and shower area. The inclusive dinner could have had more choices and include a soft drink for the price charged.
