Rooms are standard and what you expect but so very hot! No aircon and if it's a hot night, it is almost unbearable. Even the walls were sweating! We had the fan on all night on highest setting but it just seemed to push warm air around. Kids were grizzly and couldn't sleep. Despite that, and my mistake to not...

Friendly staff, well situated, modern clean rooms. Unbeatable prices. I definitely recommend this hotel! We stayed over after getting off ferry- it's very easy to find and free car parking is well appreciated.

I use the Premier inn on a regular basis and most recently have used this Premier Inn at Sandling. Upon arrival the reception staff are really friendly and helpful and ensure any queries were answered. I have been situated in ground floor rooms upon my stays which can be a tad noisy from upstairs guests but has never affected my...

It's a Premier Inn and you get what you'd expect. Clean and functional accommodation, comfortable beds, friendly service in reception. The rooms are standard as you'd expect m, our twin was actually a double and a sofa bed but both were comfortable enough. The location is great, right on the river with a lovely morning walk available to shake the...

This Premier Inn is the same as every other one I've stayed in bar the location. As opposed to being in or close to an industrial park, this one is right next to the river in a fantastic location. With the Beefeater alongside its an ideal place to stay if you're in this area.

We found the room to be quite noisy (and for the first time found ourselves making a claim under the Good NIght's Sleep Guarantee) and we had to keep asking for extra glasses and pillows as there were four of us in the room (2 adults and 2 children). The room was incredibly hot too. The worst part was the...

Location superb, breakfast overlooking river watching the world go by. The staff so helpful and efficient. Our room 11 lovely and quiet spotlessly clean and comfy, even fresh sheets to use if duvet too hot. Our first time at Premier inn and really impressed. The price was good too, value for money great. Great overall experience, would return as location...

We have stayed at several Premier Inns so you know what to expect. The location of Sandling, Maidstone is excellent and the staff excellent as well. Went out of their way to greet us and explain about the venue and the area. Downside is the food at the beefeater next door is average at best. The even number rooms near...

We stayed here for one night after returning home from a bike trip. Really friendly welcome and helpful staff. The room was the usual high standard you expect from a Premier - after being in europe for a week it was a novelty to have tea and coffee making facilities!! We had dinner in the adjoining pub/restaurant and it was...

Room 23 and although next to the stairs was remarkably quiet. Overlooked trees which was nice. Of the older style interior it was still beautifully clean although the hot water pressure is poor so you have to be a little patient in the shower! Blake on front desk was very friendly and efficient. Enjoyed my stay and will use again.
