Excellent value for an overnight stay.Beds were so comfy and rooms so clean and a comfortable temperature.Very quiet during the night no noise from other rooms or outside.Shame about the breakfast, the Beefeater was very poor the continental breakfast table was a shambles no clean plates, dirty ones.

Nice room, comfy bed & nice breakfast! Stayed in a few premiere inns and this is a nice one. The beefeater next door is nice & friendly with lovely staff. I would recommend as it's good value for money too!

I have used this Premier inn again as I find it very convenient for visiting the hospital I was using. Good room and they are up grading some ,good parking and very convenient for the motor way etc . The attached restaurant was good and there are a number of other very close by. Good WIFI.

Stayed here with 2 young children, I chose this instead of the Town centre as although a bit further than where we were visiting, I hoped it would be family friendly. Seeing the number of children at breakfast the next day others thought the same. The family room had a double bed and 2 single beds (one made from the... More

All staff and customers were so polite and made us feel so welcome. We were greeted with a smile from the receptionist, who guided us to our room. One of the room attendees was also polite to us by stepping aside at the bottom of the stairs to let my disabled wife come down.

Stayed 3 nights end of October, had room 12, the room had a bad odour, we put up with it the first night - not sure why and to be fair Premier moved us to another room for the next 2 nights however no offer against the 'good night guarantee'. Otherwise rooms were as expected. The breakfast was disappointing as... More

Typical Premier inn. i.e. comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Sadly, in their pursuit of trying to save money/the world, the water saving shower heads have reduced the amount of water that comes out so much that there is barely enough to actually get you wet. A normal shower takes me roughly 5 minutes. over 10 minutes later and I was... More

Greeting from front of house staff was pleasant and friendly. Room as per normal but let down by room temperature which could not stay at a constant and was far too cold. Room maintenance was a little poor with wc seat broken

Stayed here a week on business, as with Premier Inns a good room which was clean and tidy with the usual amenities. Had breakfast in the Beefeater next door in the morning (door from hotel to restaurant) nice touch don't even have to go outside. Staff friendly and professional, breakfast cooked to order so nice fresh and hot. Located in... More

Excellent hotel with really friendly staff. Rooms are spotless and cleaned to a high standard. Food good next door at Beefeater and great central location for busting the surrounding attractions. Would recommend and stay here again.
