Stayed here for two days while on a business trip, the staff are excellent very friendly and welcoming I recommend staying in room 225 on the second floor which was dated but very warm and comfortable with no noise from the road and from other guests, it’s the last room on the landing situated directly in front of the stairs...

I've stayed in this hotel many times and always found it fine in the past but in my opinion it is now in need of a facelift. We booked a 'standard room' several weeks in advance which turned out to have twin beds as there were apparently no double rooms available. We were expected to sign an agreement to pay...

Sadly not quite the usual Holiday inn standard. Reception and communial areas were well presented. Room was spacious but wallpaper peeling off the walls, carpet run down, shower had mould. Beds comfy and breakfast was excellent.

I can't praise the staff at this hotel highly enough. 5 of us, 2 adults and 3 kids shared a very spacious and well-equipped room for a week. The room had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The kids loved the breakfasts in the morning, they can be fussy eaters so that was a huge relief! The children were...

Stayed here for a night when I was in Bolton for a training course. I could have stayed in the nearby B&B (which looked very nice) for £30 less but I opted for the Holiday Inn due to it having a pool I could use and because others from the course were staying there. I also thought that a four...

Stayed here while visiting family in August, besides the slightly overpriced food my partner and I had a great time. The reception was always manned, and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. The bed was also super comfy, and the wifi was free (which is always a plus). I plan to return next time I need accommodation in Bolton...
