Had just one night at this hotel because of a early flight the next day, Beware, the hotel is great for Gatwick but it really is in need of some TLC, Carpets are worn, wall paper is ripped and paint work all need a lot of work, The furniture in the rooms is made up of odds and

Booked a hotel room and parking for 15 days. The room was big and very comfortable bed. Great shower and bath, pleasant bar. The whole process was extremely easy, we were able to park near the reception and staff in the evening and next morning were courteous and helpful. We

We stayed the night before an early flight at Gatwick to get a good nights sleep but to our horror there was a xmas party in the function room and they put the guests in the same corridor as our room. The doors were slammed througout the night with no consideration and the

Thank you very much for your review following your stay with us. Please accept our sincere apologies for your disturbed night. We always try to put guests as far as possible from those attending a party although this is sometimes difficult if the hotel is full. I am very sorry if our staff were not helpful or sympathetic, our apologies. We are naturally very sorry you would not return to us in the future. Kind regards Guest Relations Manager

Nice enough rooms. Comfortable beds and quiet at night. Breakfast served 7-11 am at weekends which is great. Good options. Check out by mid-day. Lounge bar lacks any atmosphere. Odd to be charged an extra £2 for overnight parking.

Thank you for your recent review following your stay with us. We are glad to note you had a nice, quiet night and enjoyed your breakfast. We started charging for overnight parking some time ago when our barriers were installed. Prior to this, cars would be left in our car park by unknown persons and left in the car park for the duration of their holidays. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. Kind regards Guest Relations Manager

This place is a sham as I was waiting to check in on behalf of my son and daughter I over heard the receptionist on no less then three occasions tell guests that they did not have the booking on their system. On two occasions they booked them in on a higher rate room. My turn

Thank you very much for taking the time to post a review. Please accept our sincere apologies for your disappointing experience when you booked accommodation for your son and daughter. We have noted your comments regarding our Front Office staff and the problems they had locating your booking. Please be assured your comments have been passed to the Manager concerned. We can see other areas of your booking relating to the Sports Bar were far from our normal standard, unfortunately, we had previously experienced some serious leaks. If you did not receive breakfast which you believed was included, we would be happy to refund you. Thank you once again for bringing these matters to our attention. Yours sincerely, Guest Relations Manager

There are lifts . I have stayed about 3 times it is dated in need of reburbishment but personally never had an issue on cleanliness , good quality sheets and duvet cover . Staff very efficient. We like the car being left on site never come back to dubious mileage or damage . For one night am happy to put up with the dated room for the price I imagine when fully refurbished prices will rise Good luck I would stay again Was very disappointed with Marriot much more expensive and poorer furnishing desperately in need of reburbishment hidden extras to like wi fi .

Ours was a package so I don't know what the extra cost would be but give the hotel a bell as I am sure they would sort something out for you. The shuttle, which is actually run by United taxis leaves the hotel at quarter past the hour from 4.15am to 23.15pm so you should be able to catch the first one. It takes about 10 to 15 minutes to the airport. It is NOT available for the return from the airport with a private taxi the only option but if you use United they give a cheaper rate if going to this hotel. About £12 I think. Pick up their card from reception. Enjoy your hols. Dave H

Can you tell me which bus service is best used for Gatwick North Terminal please?
Thank you for your question. We have a mini bus service from the hotel to Gatwick North Terminal which runs 15 minutes past the hour from 04.15 a.m. to 23.15. Cost is £4.50 per person. Alternatively, a taxi costs £11.50. Hope this helps. Kind regards.
