A popular, friendly, neighborhood pub with good service and a comfy environment. The locals take the time to chat, which is unusual in this type of venue. They also offer the best value for money in town, which helps!

Great Public House With good food, real ale. It is a friendly family run pub with real Ale on tap and at least 3 real ciders. It also has a warm fire and a warm welcome. I highly recommended and looking I am looking forward to a return visit.

We just stumbled on this great local pub by chance with our twelve year old daughter. Recommended for CAMRA aficionados. Log fires, friendly dogs and landlords. Atmospheric and great value. We will be back for more.

Five of us found this CAMRA inn, a real local gem. Very friendly landlord and staff, lovely beer and log fires. We had to tear ourselves away. A great atmosphere with lots of activities throughout the week, including music and quiz.

This pub advertises itself as "Victorian"-just about right, this sums up the furniture and the décor. We visited for a drink after walking on three evenings. We were welcomed but locals held the majority of seats. A good local pub that has not succumbed to us tourists.

This is a small locals' pub close to the Coalbrookdale attractions. Parking is very limited and access is by quite steep steps so may not be suitable for some. However despite this it is a lovely pub to visit. The landlord, staff and regulars are all very friendly. We were welcomed back again each time we visited during our holiday...

Used this pub in the dim and distant...... Still has a great range of beers. Had a few pints of Sarah Hughs Ruby Mild .....wonderful. Will visit again...soon. The place is popular with locals and visitors. MUSEUM OF IRON across the road. A good introduction to the area.

Excellent value for basic pub dishes - burger, scampi etc all at £5. Surprisingly good quality for the price. A proper pub, with a good selection of local beers on tap. Obviously popular with locals. Friendly service. Would recommend for a quick re-fuel.

We (two families with two older kids each) were camping at the nearby Iron Gorge camping this weekend. We popped in for tea on Friday night and were hugely impressed. Good honest food, with a good selection for our vegetarian friends, ridiculously good value, with great, well-kept real ales too. We'll definitely be back.

The Coalbrookdale Inn is a friendly pub were everyone is welcome. My hubby, me, my children and a group of friends all spent my birthday in here at the Halloween party. Everyone is welcome. Children are welcome and well behaved dogs. Drop in and sample some lovely real ales in a friendly atmosphere..
