This is the place we tend to stay when visiting family in Derby. It's clean, functional and a no frills comfortable experience. Good restaurant attached, with friendly staff. It's close to the city but set back from the main road so there's little noise apart from a little from the pub/restaurant attached. Cinema is walking distance.

I stay here the night before competing in heavy athletics/strong man events. I get a relaxing bath and a great nights sleep followed by a huge breakfast as fuel for a hard days throwing. ABSOLUTELY SUPERB!

A good quiet location despite being close to a cinema, bowling alley and some shops. Rooms are reasonable size, although No.21 is enormous but seems to be permanently booked up. Food is good although the eating area is really really hot - so dress appropriately or you will not enjoy your meal.

There is no lift but reception will get someone to carry up your suitcase. Staff are very Nice and helpful. The location to bus line was great for me or I could walk. If you haven't a car this location could be a little out of the way for some folks.

We used the hotel as a stop over for between Drayton Manor and Alton Towers. Perfect distance as a middle ground. Believe hotel has had a recent upgrade and the family Rooms were a good size and main beds large and comfortable (may be could have been a little longer if I was fuzzy). Food deal For a stop over... As a seasoned veteran of Premier Inn hotels around the country, it's fair to say they are much of a muchness! This particular hotel is up to the usual high standard, but has a couple of extras that make it one of the better branches: 1. The attached restaurant is particularly impressive. 2. The location, it is next to a... More

We decided to have a bank holiday 24 hour stay in Derby, and wanted a place that was outside the city but not to far. This inn was amazing. And the staff bent over backwards to ensure our comfort was met, absoluty nothing was to much trouble. We both work very long hours with stressful jobs, and this inn was... More
