Facilities arent great, shared showers and kitchen, more like a hostel. Bit like the setting of a horror movie, but i quite enjoyed that. The bloke who checked us in was really nice, he was eastern European which also added to the 'hostel movie' ambience, but again, this is something I quite enjoyed. If your looking for a place to...

We stayed here after a university party in Derby and I have to say that the rooms where great although it was a communal shower and toilet they were kept clean and maintained. There is a kitchen which is stocked with cereals for breakfast and mil and other essentials. The staff were great and also helpful and also offers free...

I stayed here and found it fine for a night. The staff were very friendly and helpful (guy on reception great). The location is good -- I had to get an early morning flight from East Midlands airport to Berlin. The place is 5 /10 minutes walk to the train station -- the transfer service from there to the airport...

Stayed here for one night a couple of months ago. Only a short walk from the railway station and easy to find. My room on the 1st floor was a good size with a sink and TV. Bed was a bit hard and pillow was flimsy. The free wifi did not work and the toilet/shower facilities were unsuitable - there...

I have stayed here quite a lot in the last month through working in the area. It has good parking and the rooms have tv and a decent bed. There is a shared kitchen downstairs and toilet facilities on both floors. It is good affordable accommodation. The manager is always helpful.

I stayed here on business and will use again. The room was clean and it contained storage space, a sink and a Tv. The manager is very helpful and informative. The showers are hot and roomy. There is ample parking space.

We had our yearly conference here on Monday, as I has a long way to travel I was given the option to stay on the Sunday which I did. The rooms are spacious and modern the building is fantastic and has a real wow factor when you arrive. On the downside £4.40 a pint and £15 for burger and chips...

Lovely little place, extremely polite staff and had a really good nights sleep whilst working in Derby. Recommend :-) bedding was clean although there was no sugar or milk for a brew, swings and roundabouts
