Close to the town and near a selection of restaurants. Check in was quick and easy, room is compact basic. Beds are firm but manageable, the bathroom is very small and the shower is basic (shame there is no bath). One issue with the room is that it faces the road and its noisy, the curtain does not block all...

Attending a late night party, so only stayed overnight. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The rate and the room was excellent value for money. Very clean, though maybe some areas of the hotel could be improved upon. Excellent position for The Quays ,Shops & restaurants. Didn't stop for breakfast, as personally don't like buffet style. Would definitely return.

We stayed for my birthday as a relatively inexpensive city break and had a great time. The room was comfortable and functional, a great base of operation due to its proximity to the Gloucester Quays area. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

I stayed at the Travelodge Gloucester, en route to visiting family. It was within walking distance of the train station and adjoining the Gloucester quays shopping complex. I didn't experience any road noise and the window was ajar all night. The room was clean and I found the bed comfortable. The gentleman on reception was very helpful and for the...

The hotel does not have onsite parking, which means you have to drag any cases down from the multistorey park and into the hotel. This is irritating, but not impossible. We did not eat in the hotel during our one night stay so cannot comment on the quality of the food. It seems hardly necessary to sample the hotel food...

To fully enjoy that night out at the Quays the Travelodge is perfect. Within walking distance of all the shopping and dining opportunities you could wish for. So nice not to have to worry about that drive home or having to leave when the taxi arrives. Friendly, clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.
