Our stay was absolutely fantastic. The decor was incredibly stylish and well thought out. Vanja and Aaron were superb friendly hosts and couldn't do enough to help with any issues we had. We were especially delighted to return to our room after a day's exploring to find some delicious home baked treats to have with a cup of tea. The room and bathroom was exceptionally clean, towels were super fluffy. The room had wireless charging phone device, smart TV and cool alarm clock. Breakfast was very tasty with pleanty of choice. We were kindly provided with a parking permit to park on the street outside

Franklin Mount is located a on a quiet street just 10 minutes walk from the centre of Harrogate. Our room, on the top floor at the front of the property, was really well equipped with everything you needed including little extra touches that made a difference. Vanja and Aaron were extremely welcoming and went out of their way to make us feel at home. Nothing was too much trouble. The place itself was very well equipped and had everything you needed and was extremely clean. The breakfasts were excellent with a great choice and well cooked and presented. Would definitely recommend. welcoming

We had a fabulous stay and will definitely return. Our room was cosy, clean and comfortable with an immaculate bathroom. Vanja and Aaron were welcoming and always around to check that everything was ok. Breakfast was a highlight - delicious, varied and beautifully presented. The location was great - a short walk to the conference centre/ shops and really quiet at night. There was such attention to detail all round with lovely touches throughout. I pride myself on fair reviews and in this case I can’t find a single thing to criticise!

Well if you’re looking for a stay in Harrogate, look no further. This is the third time we’ve stayed here and every time never disappoints. The hosts Vanja and Aaron are absolutely fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble and are very lovely people and polite and always take the time to speak to us The rooms are spectacular spotlessly and clean. There’s usually something wrong wherever you stay but nothing wrong here Keep it up, we’ll be back

Loved this quirky little hotel, decor was amazing, took lots of I need that photos !! I really loved the extras in the room, and the access to a kitchen for top up supplies. An honesty bar made our stay more personal with the staff friendly. Easy within walking distance to the town centre. Would recommend and would stay here again ❤️

An absolutely gorgeous place to stay. Such friendly hosts. The room is stunning, small fridge with milk and water was so handy. The breakfast was amazing. Close to walk into town and parked right outside. There is nothing to fault and we will definitely be coming back again!

From the minute you walk through the front door your welcomed like your family. Aaron and Vanja are so friendly. The cooked breakfast is five stars, everything is cooked to perfection, fresh and hot. This is our second visit and we will be returning in 2023. The rooms are clean, modern, plenty of tea, coffee and the home made lemon cake is amazing. This B & B is absolutely fantastic and we can't recommend it highly enough.

This B and B really does deserve its excellent rating. Vanja and Aaron are the most amazing hosts. The rooms are beautiful and spotlessly clean, with a well stocked tea/coffee making tray, Rituals toiletries and soft fluffy towels. The breakfast is fabulous including the home cured salmon. Also the whole experience of staying here is very slick- pre arrival information is clear, parking permits for cars on arrival, great instructions for the room (WiFi codes etc), breakfast orders online the previous evening and served on time to your table. It is genuinely a stress free break. Thanks
