Stayed for one night for work. Room was very nice, clean, quiet so got a great sleep! Breakfast in the morning was very nice too. Sue and Austin made me feel very welcome. Will be going back hopefully soon. Definitely recommend! Other notes if considering booking - parking available outside b&b. Hours between 9am - 6pm needs a parking permit...

Stayed 2 nights here, clean well run B&B, generous owners ( more than enough tea/coffee in room plus shower gels - instead of the usual bare minimum). Rooms very comfortable and quiet, good shower. Breakfast was the usual full English, but a good good bowl of fresh fruit available as well as cereal. The owners also made a special point...

What a lovely stay we had. Greeted by the Landlord and shown to our room we were delighted with the clean quaint room that awaited us. An original fireplace, and pleasant decor with a very "twee" bathroom created in a long space down 2 stairs. There was a hair dryer, plenty of supplies to make tea or coffee with biscuits...

Myself and my girlfriend stayed here for one night in the en suite, double room. It was a very cute room that was very clean. The hotel was ideally located and the staff are lovely and very helpful. Although I only got toast my girlfriend had the full English and there was no complaints it looked lovely. Would definitely come...

This b&b is welcoming and feels homely. The owners are friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Even got to meet some of the grandchildren. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast is a good size keeps you going for a while!!!! Would definitely stay again 😊

Me and a friend stayed in the twin room for one night as we were attending an event at HIC. Sue the owner was absolutely lovely and gave us parking permits for both days of the event. The room was a little pokey, but find as we were only there one night and just needed somewhere to crash. The beds...

Lovely welcoming hotel. Family run. Rooms very comfortable with everything you need. They supply toiletries in the bathroom. 5 minster walk to conference centre and same to town and all Harrogate has to offer. Breakfasts always cooked fresh with obviously quality food. Sets you up for the day. Extremely friendly stay, home from home.

“Our room no.6 was cosy and romantic, with a large bed, spacious bathroom and everything we needed. It was very quiet as it is on the top floor but perhaps choose another one if you have troubles climbing all the stairs.”
