Stayed for one night in Room 1. A really decent size as you can see from the photographs. Unusually there are three steps down into the shower and toilet area. Not an issue for me but if you were slightly uneasy on your feet you may need to request a specific room. Very clean and tidy room, plenty of tea... More

Stayed for two nights. An OK experience, nothing more. Big negative is the small, cramped dining area which means a big chance of having to share table with strangers. Can't understand why the big front lounge isn't used for dining. Female host was friendly and chatty but scatterbrained, often mixing up breakfast orders. Male host would benefit from charm lessons.

The room was great, warm, cosy, big comfy bed, quiet, great night's sleep, super breakfast and lovely owners. Minutes away from conference centre, highly recommended. The main shopping area was only a short walk away too, I look forward to staying again.

The "Hotel Inspector" might have something to say about the floral designs on the bedding but other than that I could not fault this as a B&B. Rooms were clean with good facilities, bed was comfortable and the the room felt cozy. Breakfast was good. In a quiet side street ideally situated just round the corner from the Harrogate International... More

My wife and I stayed for just one night in Room 1 on the first floor in July 2016 and found it very comfortable indeed with a well-appointed ensuite bathroom including a walk-in shower. The location on a quiet tree-lined street just a few minutes walk from the centre of town was ideal for us to attend a music concert... More

A lovely, quiet, traditional town B&B with every comfort required. Excellent location for my purposes, and proprietors were warm, welcoming and extremely helpful. I didn;t have breakfast, but I gather from others that the breakfast is superb!

Stayed for 3 nights in this lovely b&b. Great location, about 10 minutes walk from the centre of Harrogate and yet you hear no road noise. I had the single room which is compact but has everything you need or could want. Beautiful bathroom along the corridor with a great shower. Lots of choices at breakfast time - cereal, yogurt,... I stayed here to attend a conference, and the hotel was in an excellent location just 2 minutes from the conference centre. Town was just a short walk away too.
