Thank you for your kind words and we are really pleased you enjoyed your room and our central location with easy parking, as well as breakfast. We hope to see you again when you are on your travels up the country! Kind regards Andy & Tracey

The very friendly and helpful owners had gone to a lot of trouble to make the rooms comfortable, convenient and relaxing. There were thoughtful touches everywhere, and the breakfast was lovely, with top quality ingredients, and a very good choice. Looking forward to returning, and have been highly recommending to our friends.

Spent three days last week at Wynnstay House. Tracey and Andy made us welcome from start to finish. Very large and comfortable room at the top of the house with good selection of tea, coffee and hot chocolate - also biscuits provided every day. The breakfasts here are the best we have ever had. You order what you like from...

Tracy and Andy are perhaps the most welcoming hosts i've met, including some family I stay with! Communication is regular to make sure they're around when you get there and their facilities are as good as they were a year ago, nothing was looking worn or tired. The breakfast is always amazing and I continue to have the duck egg...

Wynnstay House is an easy 10 minute walk from the train and bus station in Harrogate. The first thing we noticed was the well kept garden at the front of the double fronted house- which incidentally we thought looked great in the rain! The hosts were welcoming and accommodating and we were shown to a spacious room on the first...

Thank you for your review and kind comments about our well tended garden. We are glad you enjoyed your stay and our period furniture and we are delighted you found breakfast excellent. We are sorry to hear that you found your room noisy - while it is a Victorian house and naturally some creaks happen, we do not usually receive...

We arrived on a dank Friday evening pouring with rain and when we saw the grey stone front we almost turned away but inside lies a very warm welcome from Andy and Tracy, a lovely large room with a settee opposite a flat screen TV and a wonderful breakfast. It is a great find.
