Got a good deal - great value. Room spacious, comfortable, and quiet. Liked the robes and slippers! Staff friendly and helpful. Dinner very nice; breakfast excellent. Only a short walk from the lovely town.

We'd booked through Treyn holidays and requested a twin bedded room, but on arrival were given a smallish room with a 4'6" bed, overlooked by a tall brick wall. Although the mistake wasn't the hotels, they quickly made up another room and we were shown to a twin room on the first floor. Much nicer! The room was spacious with...

Had a wonderful bank holiday weekend, the hotel is clean, quiet and very relaxing. All the staff are very friendly and they all seemed to enjoy their jobs. It is within walking distance of the town but we didnt need to eat out because the restaurant is very good and reasonable prices. I will certainly recommend this hotel to my...

Stayed here over the bank holiday weekend and wow! could not have picked a better hotel to stay in, apart from the charge for car parking I could not really fault this hotel. The room we stayed in was on the ground floor and was to our taste. Service throughout the hotel was faultless.

We arrived mid week and parked, as recommended by other trip advisor reviews, in the side street to the right of the hotel (might be Coppice Road) We were given a really warm welcome by the receptionist of the hotel. Our room was 2205 in the annexe at the back and it was lovely and big with a nice roomy...

The hotel staff were all very welcoming and helpful. The room we had on the second floor was tastefully decorated, but could do with a deep clean and touch up on the paintwork. The drain in the bath needed attention, when I had a shower you ended up standing in 3 inches of water. The food in the restaurant was...

Firstly the positives. Easy to get to, good parking facilities (at £6.00 per night) and the hotel is spotless, the rooms are spacious, very clean, really comfortable beds and bathrooms that offer instant and never ending hot water. Our room was quiet, great for an undisturbed night's sleep on a king size bed+ and we had all the extras such...
