This is lovely place and benefits from a quiet location in walking distance of the centre of town. On arrival, I was given a warm welcome and shown to my room, which was immaculately clean with a very comfortable bed. I arrived by train and was able to walk to Baytree House from the station, but there is off road...

Wow what a gem! we didn't expect this, what a fabulous experience which left our previous Harrogate hotel stays in the shadows. Simon and Amanda were absolutely charming and perfect hosts, so knowledgable (with over 11 years experience in the industry) They have got a perfect balance at the Baytree House, it is ideally positioned for the shopping , restaurants,...

Stayed 2 nights and were very impressed with the level of all round service, Excellent breakfast using quality ingredients with a good choice. B&B just a 10 minuet walk to the centre of Harrogate and off street parking. Owners very sociable and keen to please, rooms clean and comfortable beds. Very good Wi-Fi coverage and speed.

This B and B absolutely lives up to its promises. It's as lovely as it looks on the website and is such an easy place to stay and to feel pampered, simply by the quality of the room, furnishings, breakfast and hospitality. It's a ten minute walk into town, which I think is about right. The hosts are friendly without...

Amazing Place! Wow! Beautiful rooms; super comfy beds, lovely amenities; out of this world breakfast; great owners. You are doing yourselves a disservice if you book somewhere else. This place will make you want to come back.

We've just spent two nights in this delightful b&b. We took two rooms, one for my husband & I & one for my parents. The rooms were warm, clean & cosy. Simon & Amanda our hosts were really lovely & very helpful. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. In short, we will definitely be back!
