I stopped in the bar of the Ramada South Ruislip on a quiet Wednesday night to kill some time before an evening appointment. On reflection, I wish I'd given it a miss and continued my walk down the drab high street outside. From the outside the hotel looks respectable enough for a suburban budget option but inside the story is...

We wanted to stay somewhere with parking & with easy access to the city & we weren't disappointed; the tube station is next door! Good value for money, comfortable room & breakfast included. We shall certainly booking again next year.

I regard this as an excellent budget hotel. Firstly the location really suits our needs. It's located with minutes of the M40 so travelling to London from the Midlands is convenient. It is situated very close to a tube station, so although it is on the outskirts of London, accessing central London is very easy and involves no walking at...

This is right next to the tube, so that is a plus. However the hotel relies on it's brand as it is incredibly dated. While the place was clean, the floor, and bathroom facilities were so dated it felt unclean - I wasn't comfortable walking barefoot in the room. I arrived on the hottest day (which is quite an extreme),...

Ideal place if going to use the tube/train. Parking was easy and check in fine. Room was dated and bathroom smelled of damp which made the whole room smell damp. Bed was ok as were the pillows. TV good size and good sized desk to work from. You can hear some noise from other rooms and outside but not too...

This was a pleasant hotel, with a warm welcome at reception and quick check-in. A warm and comfortable room, and not really noisy despite the proximity to the Tube line. It was a busy Saturday evening, but room service was extremely quick and perfectly acceptable. I was given the option of saving the £5 service charge by collecting it myself...

Stayed here for 2 nights over the weekend for a wedding. Room was a bit tired as was the bathroom but all in all clean enough. Found the room to be stiflingly hot and the only way to cool it down was to open the window however this couldn't be left open too long for the noise from what sounded...

Excellent value for money. The room was bigger than expected, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food was good. The breakfast is adequate, free wifi in the room and on site parking. There was some train noise, but not enough to disturb us. It is next to the Underground...

3* budget hotel where I stayed for just one night as I was meeting friends in Ruislip. Basic, clean and helpful staff. Continental breakfast which was plentiful and good. Perfect for what I needed as nI was out in the evening shortly after check in and back at 01.30 Sunday morning. No frills, tidy and comfortable.

We were visiting family in the area so the location of this hotel was ideal. It is also conveniently located next to the London Underground station and very close to motorways. BUT do not expect a quiet and peaceful stay! Our room was noisy at times with trains, planes and general traffic. Hotel staff efficient and breakfast was more than...
