The fairly big B&B has every quality we require: a warm welcoming, a really classy room, a breathtaking view, a welcoming living room, a very well furnished choice of breakfast, a nice hostess and a lot of informations about what to see around. Note: The breakfast we chose was: a pancake well, full of fruits, and two little pancake hearts...

Koliba house was the last stop before returning to Dublin, it was easy to find and very convenient. Brendan was a great host, good to visit with in the evening and help get the day organized in the morning. Room was clean and comfortable, got a good nights sleep. Traditional Irish breakfast was everything one might want, plus had a...

First time back to Eire for over 30 years. Doubt I could have found a better place to stay. Rose and Brendan are epic hosts. Just don't be surprised if a quick chat with them turns into an hour or so. Brendan has an encyclopaedic knowledge of great locations / places to visit and is happy to share / suggest...

We arrived in Dublin on Saturday and headed straight out of town to a warm and friendly welcome from Rose and Brendan. The B&B is all it should b.. clean, charming, comfortable with terrific breakfasts each morning and excellent recommendations and suggestions from our hosts. I would not hesitate a moment in recommending this B&B. It was the perfect beginning...

We almost don't want to write the review in case Koliba becomes too popular! This was my third stay at Koliba and each time I leave I am already planning my return trip. Rose and Brendan are fantastic hosts, the B&B is lovely, clean and comfortable. The view is amazing and breakfast is scrumptious. If you are unfamiliar with the...

We stayed here for 3 nights - visiting the area for a wedding in Clara Vale and then the reception at Woodenbridge. Ideal location, 10 mins drive from Avoca, 10 mins drive in the other direction to Arklow. Can't fault anything about the stay we had here. Everything was just perfect and as previously described here on Tripadvisor, which encouraged...

It's been an absolute pleasure to stay at Koliba B&B. Brendan and Rose are fantastic hosts with a lot of very useful advice. Our only regret is we stayed there for just one night. Rooms are very clean and comfortable, breakfast is amazing! If you're in the area, be sure to book it and enjoy spectacular view from their porch!

Great is not an adequate term to describe my stay at Koliba. Brendan and Rose have operated this B&B for 26-years. You don't do it that long and stay in business without doing it right. They do it right. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished. Breakfast was good, on time and filling. The grounds were impeccable and the view...

Our family of four stayed at the Koliba in two rooms for just the one night. Brendan and Rose are fantastic hosts who made us feel very welcome and shared their local knowledge with us at to earring out and what to see. I couldn't recommend the place highly enough. The rooms are really comfortable and exceptionally clean and of...

We were a family group attending a wedding in Arklow we decided to stay in a guest house nearby rather than in the hotel where the wedding was. We couldn't have chosen a better place , the guest house is beautiful immaculately clean and it is a great location, it is on a straight road between Avoca and Arklow. Rose...
