My girlfriend and I stayed here during a driving golf/distillery holiday of Scotland/Ireland in August 2015. Our host Brendan was welcoming and approachable. After settling in, we had a glass of wine in the lounge and later on we had a nice chat. Our room had a mini-fridge!!! (Only one of three places during our ENTIRE holiday (which included some...

We got there quite late due to an issue with Hertz and our rental car. Rose met us at the door and offered sandwiches and tea. Our room was clean and comfy. Breakfast was delicious. Brendan was very friendly and willing to look at our itinerary and offer a few tips. His friendliness seemed to set the tone for all...

Rose and Brendan Gilroy go above and beyond in every conceivable catagory when it comes to innkeeping. The residence is beautiful inside and out. The room and ensuite were large, immaculate, comfortable and tastefully furnished. The wifi works really well and breakfast is bountiful and made to order pretty much. Immediately after arrival, my husband and I had the misfortune...

We took an adventure around Ireland and stopped here on one of the nights. We arrived late and left early. The view was amazing! Very quiet and peaceful evening. It takes some getting used to the sun not going down until very late and the room being light most of the night. Typical breakfast for Ireland before we headed out...
