Booked a 2 night break in July. When we arrived we were given room 109. Well it was to the back of the hotel and it needs a make over. Drab and so uninteresting. The extractor fan was very noisy. We went back to reception and complained, and were shown room 203 , quite a difference, a lot more refreshing...

Dear Guest, Thank you for your honest review, I am sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay, we try our best to ensure all our guests receive a warm Woodenbridge welcome. All our hotel rooms are to the same standard, so 109 receives the same deep cleaning and maintenance as room 203, so it is surprising to...

Stayed in the De Valera room - four poster bed, fabulous views, jacuzzi bath! Definitely the room to get. On the other hand, it was Saturday night and the bar was open for most of it, just below us. Not too much noise but we were aware of it. So midweek would be perfect for luxury without the partying. Breakfast...

Dear Guest, Thank you for your feedback, I am delighted to hear you enjoyed your stay. The De Valera room is named in honor of Ireland's longest serving leader, and later two-term president Eamon De Valera, who spent his honeymoon here with his wife Sinéad. We stayed in the lodge for two days on a deal. We needed peace and quite and that's what we got. We ordered room survive and it was brought to us with a smile even though it had to be brought down from the main hotel. The food was excellent and plentiful. The room was clean and luxurious but the...

The staff were wonderful when asked for anything were helpfull with a smile. Food was something what you remembered when you were young that had a great taste without sauces. Bar staff could be a little more friendly. Golf course and staff were what you expect from a good and well run business. Thanks we will be back again. Tony...

Stayed in the Lodge and it was a most enjoyable two days at a real value-for-money price. The accommodation, it could be clearly seen, had recently been upgraded and was in pristine condition. Most memorable was the tasty 'cooked-to-order' breakfast, served to us by Teresa, who had a lovely smile and pleasant manner...she's worth her weight in gold to Woodenbridge...

Stayed one night on the 7th July 2015, found the staff to be very friendly and professional, room was modern, reception area and lounge were comfortable and homely. The cost of the overnight stay for our family was very reasonable and well worth the cost. We will return to stay for a longer period on our next visit.
