Stayed here last year and came back this year. Is ideal for cricket at the ageas bowl to watch Hampshire. Get the x4 from just outside to take you to the ground. Lovely lady runs the guest house. She does a great breakfast and I really enjoyed my stay

Penny your hostess is really nice. Rooms a good size and patio doors into the garden. Free parking and Plenty of tea and coffee in room and a great breakfast make this a good b and b. Owner has a dog so dogs are welcome.

Very friendly owners, room was nice clean cosy, breakfast was good shops just down the road if you wanted anything from wine to fish and chips, not from motorway, parking on site and is free. And it was quiet as well.

This is one of the best, if not the best, guest house that I have stayed in. Reasonably priced, good clean room, excellent location - just off the M27 and great English breakfasts. Plus Penny makes you feel right at home. Steve

Brilliant place, stayed there several times and always great, feel at home from arrival, parking at front and walking distance to nearest shops, off-licence, pub and food. Of course it is B&B reasonable rates so you don't expect the Ritz for that money although in my opinion well worth the money charged. I will always chose this place for this...
