We were in the downstairs room right next to the car park, so nice and easy to move in. Room and breakfast were great and Anne was very nice. The bed is quite firm but not to firm for me. There is plenty of room for luggage. There are traffic lights outside to front to help find the property.

Quaint interior, we had the downstairs room with separate bathroom and own entrance. The rooms were large and well equipped with the usual electrical equipment, tea and coffee etc. The breakfasts were ample, well cooked and plenty to choose from with tea and coffee top ups and extra toast if required. Anne the proprietor is friendly, helpful and goes the...

Stayed here for two nights in July. I needed a place to stay for work and you honestly couldn't find a nicer place to stay. The rooms were perfect, the breakfast was delicious and the owner was lovely. 10/10.

Another Ann greeted us warmly. The room was rather small, but that was our own fault. Error in booking had us booked in to a single room, but a phone call revealed all doubles were fully booked. We had 2 single beds, and a tiny bathroom. The stay was really pleasant and as usual the breakfast was excellent. It was...

When my friend and I arrived we were given a very warm welcome from the owner Anne Doherty. The rooms were spotless with everything that you needed in them. The Irish breakfast was to die for and there was plenty of other choices for breakfast if you didn't want a cooked one. Anne made you feel that welcome it was...

This was a very comfortable and welcoming B&B with Anne, who runs it, being a great hostess. Our room was extremely comfortable with ensuite facilities. The full Irish breakfast was fabulous. There is complementary car parking on site but it may be a little tight if the place is full. We can fully recommend and wouldn't hesitate in returning.

One of the first B & B we visited in Ireland. The lady who runs it is very hospitable and serves a great Irish breakfast. Also we got was great advice on what to do in the neighborhood. They sent us to a restaurant / pub Holycross where you can eat and talk can come up with the locals. Parking...

We really enjoyed our two night stay. Anne was a lovely host and her home is so comfortable and décor is relaxing and inviting. We had a private entrance with comfortable facilities and private bathroom. The bed was not as comfortable as we would have liked- bit too firm. Anne has an amazing collection of Waterford Crystal throughout the B&B...

Ann runs this B & B with a lot of class and good breakfast food. Our room was small because we had asked for twin beds. We managed but it was tight. The breakfast and the helpfulness of Ann made up for the small room. The location was perfect - a straight shot to downtown Waterford.

Anne Doherty runs a very well kept B&B just at the edge of Waterford but on a main highway. The place is clean and very welcoming. The breakfast is simply outstanding. We asked for twin beds which put us in a very, very small room just large enough for the beds. Other rooms had double beds and were much larger....
