The hotel is in the Heart of Sligo town, it stands out from the crowd and you cant really miss it. It is a beautiful hotel for a long haul stay or a night away (you wont want to leave after one night though) The staff are friendly and helpful. Food is nasty and there is a good selection on...

Stayed here in September 2016. Customer service was terrible. Couldn't get a drink in the bar or your check. Everyone around us was served and manager claimed that it was because "in Europe, you only get a server if you're ordering food." Even if this was true (which it wasn't anywhere else we've eaten or had a drink in throughout...

Perfect location to see anywhere in Sligo town or heading a bit further out. Staff are very nice and breakfast is good. Slight issue with corner room on first floor, window didn't seal completely and river noise was very loud, mentioned to desk and they sorted it straight away by moving us up a floor

Stayed for one night, not very wheelchair or buggy friendly as we had a buggy and to get up to bar or restaurant was difficult. The breakfast plates were cold and the food was just warm. Would not stay there again.

Presentation and food was superb. Menu was okay. Only downfall was it was a 2 course meal and I had assumed it was a...

This was our second stay at the Glasshouse. Myself and wife went for the bed, breakfast and evening two course meal deal which was ridiculously cheap. So we decided to upgrade our room to the deluxe suite, (room 602) best view of Sligo that you could get. Meal at the Glasshouse bistro was 5* quality. Bravo Glasshouse you out did...

Stayed here at the weekend with my husband. The hotel is in the town centre. Two breakfasts and a dinner were included in the deal. The room was spacious with a view of the river. It was clean and well decorated. What I did find strange was that there was no mirror at the desk in the bedroom which made...

Out of this world! So many unique touches to the room e.g. The most amazing looking chocolates and a personal card written to congratulate us. Staff were super friendly and helpful, suggested good bars and printed us out which pubs had live music and dates! They went above and beyond to meet our needs. The service in 'the kitchen' restaurant...
