after a family breavement contacted the hotel throught email and phone call. Asked to rebook at a least busy time for the hotel in the coming months but they didn't answer the email and where totally unhelpful on the phone. Think that if hotels want to advertise on groupon they also need to have some flexability.

Choose to stay here because of its city centre location and proximity to the bus station which was right next door. On arrival the staff were friendly and helpful had a short wait while room was being cleaned but this wasn't a problem as we enjoyed a great pint of Guinness in the cosy bar...our room 314 was clean and...

Just back from a Groupon Weekend and it was very good value for money. The reception area is lovely with comfy sofas and gas fires. Bar area has great staff and the food there is average. Breakfast and evening meal both good with very friendly staff in the dining area. The bedroom was a let down as there were stains...

I bought a weekend groupon for this hotel as a gift for my parents yet when they called to book the room everything was fine until my mother mentioned she had a groupon, the attitude quickly changed and she was informed there were no rooms left for customers using groupons. My mother was very dissapionted as they had an event...

Brought a groupon voucher for this hotel and rang to book a night. I had a room booked for my chosen night which was a Friday and Saturday night until I mentioned I was using a groupon voucher, I was then told that the rooms for groupon are gone. This is a complete scam and I would choose to spend...

Arrived just before three and given room straight away. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was a standard double and one of the older ones I would think. It was a bit dark but clean and adequate. The bed was very comfy, the only thing being that the bottom sheet seemed a bit small and wasn't tucked in...

On arrival the staff were courteous and helpful. On entering our room we felt that is was a bit dingy but clean. The shower had a pvc window as a shower screen which I thought was brilliant!
