This is a lovely hotel. Great location. Clean, spacious, a good touch of traditional old grandeur and very friendly and professional staff. Good wifi, lovely food which tastes home made. Easy parking. I travelled with a disabled companion and all was smooth-running. Will definitely be back.

We stayed at the hotel for 1 night and when we checked in the receptionist was very friendly and accommodating as I have a disability and I needed a room with disabled bathroom. Our room had that and was very spacious for me to be able to move around in with ease. Bed was very comfy and room was very...

My second stay here and first choice to bring my parents too, the suite I wanted to book was not available due to refurbishment (but a few days notice of such, when the whole floor was obviously closed was poor), but the hotel recovered nicely and very kindly upgraded my parents to the best room available and they loved it!!...

We booked whilst in the car driving to Sligo. The room was massive and the bed also with crisp clean bedding. We had dinner and check in and serving staff were polite and friendly. We even had a laugh trying to get a selfie and a staff member took pictures for us. We did not use the pool but looked...

This was an online offer with two nights b&b and one main course dinner included. The receptionist was not busy when we arrived but was not very welcoming. When we asked about information on the area we were directed to a desk on the next floor, no first hand information. This kind of set the tone for the two days....

No matter how booked out Sligo is these days this hotel will always have a room for you and for good reason. Our small Irish group were there recently and dealing with the staff was like dealing with American border control. Willful, unhelpful, and downright belligerent attitudes from the top down. On the plus side there was a big group...

While the hotel and bar food was lovely, the bedroom was freezing. When we first entered the room, the cold hit us right away. It was a cold day outside and colder in the room. We checked the radiators and turned them up as high as they could go. They heated for a little while and an hour later the...
