This was the second B&B for my wife and I on our honeymoon road trip of the West Coast of Ireland. When we first arrived Marian was extremely welcoming and inviting and offered us tea and scones in the sitting room. They were delicious! She was very helpful in recommending places to see while we were in the area and...

Hi Trevor. Glad you enjoyed your stay and that the rest of your honeymoon was blissful.! Regarding the bee and spider thats the joys of living in the country side with a garden, We do our utmost to attract the bees and wildlife . When the window is open they sometimes call in unexpectedly. !!!! Regards Marian

Marion welcomes you like the prodigal son, with open arms and heart. Regardless of other commitments, her guest are always first. One evening we all enjoyed a bit of "craic" in her living room with other guests. She served us apple pie and Irish coffee. Does it get any better than that?

We hiked in on the Western Way and the rain poured down on us the whole day! We were miserable when we arrived at the (closed) pub where Marian's husband would come pick us up. He took our rain gear and hung it out in the shed to dry and built a fire for us, providing newspapers to stuff our...

Warmly welcome, well tasting dinner and breakfast and very good self-made scones. We really liked the warm hospitality and helpfulness of Marian O’Malley and her husband. Although it is situated close to the N59, it's still quiet. We stayed a first time when we walked the Western Way and one week later a second time as it feels like at...

Marian and her husband were so welcoming and genuinely caring for our comfort. The gardens are beautiful surrounding the house and just added to our pleasure of staying there. Had a wonderful breakfast; my husband had the Irish breakfast and I enjoyed the most delicious scrambled eggs with salmon! Can highly recommend the place! Thank you for a comfortable and...

This spot right outside of Westport is darling with unbelievable views of the Mayo countryside BUT the real reason to go is the spectacular hospitality of Hostess Marian & husband Thomas. The breakfasts were supurb, the generosity of time and helpfulness divine and the stories she has! A stay there is like coming home.

We arrived after a great day of hiking and were greeted with a warm smile from marian, selfmade scones and raspberry jam and hot tea in the sunny front of the b&b and it's wonderful garden. Nice decorated sleeping room (offering interesting books about irelands history) and a nice bathroom. Marian made us an excellent three course dinner (big bowl...

Delightful place to stay! We were on a walking tour and Marion picked us up at a nearby pub, and delivered us to the trailhead the next day with great hiking advice! Her cooking is fabulous and she made us a wonderful dinner (and a wonderful Irish Coffee to sip by the fire after dinner). Bed was very comfortable... Quiet,...
