Can not believe that hotel customers were not allowed to enter the bar through the adjoining double doors through to the hotel reception area which were wide open. In fact you actually had to walk outside and in the main door again. When I asked the doorman why, he said the bar is separately owned but this doorway was OK...

I stayed here for 1 night friday 8th of may with a friend. Had read some pretty bad reviews but wasn't planning on spending much time in the hotel so took a chance! I have to say it was no where near as bad as the reviews made it sound! There are signs up around the hotel saying apologies for...

This hotel is very central to the City. Unfortunately the decor is very well worn in the rooms,Carpet, tiles, paint all need work. But it was clean. The noise at night time from the other rooms was very loud, a lot of partying going on.Not suitable for older people or young children. The food in the bar was very nice...

Dear SeanCarlow, Thank you for posting a review on this website. You might have noticed that we are currently refurbishing our rooms. Our new Premier Rooms can be booked through our own website. We sincerely apologise for the noise you encountered from other rooms. Despite all our efforts with security at night time this can unfortunately happen sometimes. We are...

Great online price, fast check in from friendly receptionist - was the morning of 3rd May (Great Limerick Run) and was accommodated with early check in. Room was one of the non renovated ones (4th Floor) but was still spotless, really comfortable bed - my friends were staying on 3rd floor which was one of the refurbished rooms, it was...

So firstly, I'd like to point out the staff were lovely. They're the hotels biggest asset. That's where the positiveity ends for me. Our room (non smoking) absolutely stank of stale tobacco, disgusting! It was very basic, infact, I'd say bare minimum. We had one crappy pillow each, and not the nicest of linen. All of this I could overlook....

I stayed in this hotel on Sat night and shared a triple room with 2 others after running in The Great Limerick Run. It's a very central location, the room was spotlessly clean and the power shower was great and the bathroom was nice even though it is not yet refurbished as is the plan for all rooms I understand....

First off parking –you park in the high-rise just opposite the hotel, have your ticket validated on leaving and you pay €7.50 when you pick up your car after an overnight stay. There is free WiFi in this hotel but we didn’t try it out. Check in was a bit messy, with confusion over an error by the hotel in...

I'm not sure where to start, I'm struggling to find a single positive. I have never before left a hotel feeling like I needed to go straight home and wash all my clothes and belongings for fear they were contaminated from the room I had just stayed in. The hotel is in dire need of an update. The TV did not work and the walls were a bit thin. The staff was great and the view from or room was spectacular. Close to the castle and an easy walk to most attractions in town.
