Nice accommodation however I will not revisit based on staff services... Reception staff were great which made the start good and the rooms were spacious and good, we had two rooms. Breakfast staff were rude, snippy and unfriendly to put it politely...they were obnoxious to all so know discrimination there! Particularly Natasha is a pure example of How Not to...

I stayed in the Greenhills on Friday and Saturday and I must say that I really enjoyed the hotel. There is great parking and with keycard access to lifts and floors then I found it secure. I ate in the bar on Friday night and found the food of excellent quality and very reasonably priced. Over the weekend I used...

Room was fine-big with good choice of channels and free wifi. I was single person in a double but still ample size for 2. Leisure pool/sauna was a plus. Staff/reception friendly and efficient. Negatives - out a bit from town so allow €20 for taxi round trip-that's 4 pints!!! Bar a bit expensive as was food, breakfast extra (like to...

The staff seemed a little over whelmed when our bus tour arrived. It was around supper time and there was some confusion as to where we were suppose to eat. They finally stated to go to the bar area but some things on the menu were foods they were out of. What I ordered was really good and I enjoyed...

Had a 1 night stay at the Greenhills Conference & Leisure Hotel, Limerick. Checked the reviews and felt they were a little mixed - we were a little apprehensive, but ended up being pleasantly surprised. We availed of an offer on Booking.com and to be honest we felt we got great value for money. It is a little bit out...

We stayed Saturday and Sunday of St Patrick's weekend, we were going to see Aslan in The Big Top. Have to say we were greeted by a lovely team at reception very warm and friendly. We ate in Bryan's bar on both nights and the food and service was excellent, Seafood Chowder was amazing. Very reasonable room prices too. Already...

Good hotel and reception desk was really helpful. Good size rooms although the bathroom was a bit tired. Not sure if we were just unlucky but it was really noisy as there was a group of kids staying at the hotel and they were running around until gone 1 AM. The cooked Breakfast was excellent when it arrived but it...

Check-in was lovely, very pleasant welcome. That was as good as things got unfortunately. The room was averaged sized and on first quick glance appeared neat. On second glance, appeared old, worn and surprisingly dirty. After a proper look; it was an old, cold, dated room with a very small bathroom that was in dire need of an overhaul. At...

Stayed here for one night before driving to the airport the following morning. Spacious room, nice and comfortable bed, relatively quiet at night. What else could you ask for. Breakfast could have been better... Overall good value for the price.

We came here for dinner while staying nearby. We went into the Bryan's Cafe Bar on the ground floor. The bar, eating area is roomy but has a cold, uninviting atmosphere. The menu is normal pub style offerings. I had a quiche with salad. The quiche pastry was burnt but would have been OK if it had not been overcooked....
