the house is nice with a very large and good parking for free, Breakfast very good and room large and clean. Bed very comfortable and bathroom nice with a very good shower. Little pricy for a B and B but we came with no reservation so that could explain,

We found the Twin Oaks to be very central to limerick City, A beautiful house situated on the Dublin Road, with large safe parking spaces. The bedroom was so comfortable with everything one needs,we had a great nights sleep, our bedroom was to the front, we heard no noise whatsoever, plenty of towels and crisp white bed linen, and the best breakfast...

Stayed here for one night, and being honest, one was enough. Never like to have to leave negative reviews, but feel I have to be totally honest here. Upon arrival rang the doorbell and after 3 tries & standing there 5mins, was greeted by the owner who seemed to be surprised I was there, despite my booking being made well...

Sorry to say, but the only 2 positive features are the location and breakfast. I stayed 2 nights for business and chose this B&B for its central location and nearby proximity to Limerick Regional hospital, where I had a work assignment for after hour Medical services over the weekend. When I reported at reception, the foul smell of cigarette smoke...

We stayed one night. When the front door was opened the smell of smoke was terrible. The room was very old and dated. We had a hire car so was able to leave the premises. The man who cooked us breakfast was very friendly.

Got there by foot from town centre - just a 30-minute walk. Owners were not in, and I was greeted by a nice lady who offered explanations and answered questions. There's a convenience store next-door, and Dunnes Stores a 5-minute walk away, and the River-walk is close by. Great location!

Have friends in Limerick but don't like to impose on them. I stayed here my first time in Ireland ten years ago and still use it as a base for day trips in the west. Rooms are spotless and location perfect. What makes it my favorite b&b is breakfast. Paddy and Madeline, the owners, make a terrific, classic "full Irish breakfast"....

I loved the Twin Oaks. We rented a room with a double bed plus a second room with three single beds for the kids. The rooms were very clean, breakfast was delicious and filling and the B&B was very easy to find.

We stayed one night in the family room at Twin Oaks. The accommodations were fine. There is a skylight in this room, so if you are here toward the summer solstice (we visited in May), be prepared with a sleep mask, since the sun rises early and sets late. There was quite a bit of noise from the backyard neighbors...
