Just back from a hen party this hotel was lovely excellent staff we were all different age but it was brilliant from check in to check out the self service breakfast was brilliant plenty of choices as much as you like to be fair it can be a little bit loud but I didn't have a problem and I slept...

hotel was old and worn bed was sagging in the middle sheets ware torn .booked wheelchair room. hotel not accessible ramp at front door once in side you can not enter any of the bars without going outside the hotel because of steps into the bars.free car parking watch ware you park as cctv does not all of it. over...

While we didn't stay in the hotel itself, we did eat in the pub and it was fantastic. The wait staff was pleasant and prompt. We were surrounded by what seemed like locals and enjoyed hearing their conversations and their laughter. The cottage pie was fabulous but the Guinness was bitter. Arrived early and lovely girls on reception sorted a room for us. The room was very small, basic and really really far from reception. I rang to ask if i could change rooms and a really helpful lady"english accent" from house keeping brought me to have a look at another room, she then went down to change my keycards, walked...

I had booked and paid in advance for the 11th by mistake. We arrived on the 13th. The desk clerk said it could happen to anyone and immediately gave us a room! No charge! It was greatly appreciated! There was free parking at the back of the hotel. The hotel is literally minutes away from Kilkenny Castle ( A must...

this hotel is old and a little tread bare but is in a great location and free parking is alway a big bonus in europe. room was small but comfortable. had a tv with good selection and a tea pot. easy walk to all the important attractions. quaint town. the bar is fascination. they have built it around the ruins...

Group of 4 girls we were upgraded from 2 separate rooms to a huge family room which slept 6 and had 2 bathrooms, nice staff esp the breakfast staff very helpful. Dining area is stunning and heaps of food. Cereals fruit breads tea coffee juices and also fry up food with choice of eggs.

Myself and 2 friends arrived 2 hours before checkin time and we were instantly greeted warmly and checked in straight away. The room was spaceious and very clean with an iron also. Positive point, the location of the hotel is quite good. You can walk by the city centre in 5 minutes. The staff is kind too. The room is adequate, but the temperature in our room was wet and hot. We bought a voucher who includes a 2 courses dinner each. Honestly, it was the worst we had in any restaurants...
