We stayed here one night enroute from Clare to Dingle. Very easy to find while driving. Staff were friendly, hotel facilities were fine, clean, etc. The only issue was the overwhelming moldy carpet smell- as if there he'd been a flood or something. Too bad, because otherwise this would have been an excellent place to recommend.

We arrived without a reservation and found that the hotel was catering for a large wedding. We didn't hold much hope of being squeezed in for dinner or for the potentially lengthy wait for service & food. We were wrong...

2nd time to stay in Ballyroe Heights Hotel, so good we had to go back. It has beautiful clean guest rooms, fabulous food and friendly staff. The breakfast is served fresh too, none of that pre-cooked nonsense. When you see the view from the hotel you'll know why Kerry is called the Kingdom.Perfect for touring around North Kerry.
