The hotel is immaculate. The cleanliness and friendliness of the staff is first class. So - why only 3 stars you ask. My husband has diabetes and despite informing the receptionist of this on booking the room, the best dessert that the chef could provide was fresh fruit salad - EXACTLY THE SAME AS IS PROVIDED AT BREAKFAST!!!!!!!!!!! Not good...

As a professional tour guide I get to stay in many hotels and get to eat in as many bars and restaurants. The outstanding views from the hotel, just outside the town of Tralee, together with the spacious rooms, friendly staff and superb food helps to have a wonderful stay. A friendly and relaxed atmosphere is what I look forward...

Arrived on a 4 day package to a beautiful hotel. The receptionists were very well in touch with the whole area of Co. Kerry not just Tralee. Plenty of car parking on two levels. Cleaners and Serving staff were fantastic. Food on our package was worthy of 5 star hotel anywhere. We were not aware of confirmation party taking place...

The bedrooms is away from the bar and ballroom and this leaves them quiet. So you can have good sleep. The Breakfast room/dining room upstairs provides a lovely view over the mountains, which were snow-covered this morning. The staff members are friendly and it is obvious they wish to make your stay enjoyable. It does not have a leisure centre...

I came here for a family wedding back in 2011 and have kept coming back here ever since. Usually get down to Tralee 3 to 4 times a year and always come here for lunch/dinner. The food is incredible. No other word. They have added more options to the menu all at respectable prices (Steak sandwich is A1). I have...

Coming to the hotel, first impression was it looked absolutely fabulous, we were downstairs in a family room. Room was clean and neat, bathroom spotless. We decided rather than go back into Tralee we (my partner, 2 kids and I) would have dinner in the hotel. First impression was total disorganisation. We decided after none of the staff stopping to...

The hotel is located approx. 10 minutes from Tralee. Not sure but there is not much in the area like shops etc. , bute there is nice nature and nice view. The hotel is basic regarding facilities, but nice for 1 night stay. Rooms are spacious, nicely decorated with TV, tea and coffee making facilities. No gym or spa. Special...

Lovely hotel, spotless clean and excellent service. Good base to explore Tralee and surrounding area. Aquadome in Tralee is less than 10 mins drive away and good afternoon out with the kids. Food is good and very reasonable and the breakfast was great. Will be back again.
