I was in Tralee on business and my usual hotel was full so I booked into the Imperial Hotel on Denny Street. It's a lovely old hotel that has managed to retain it's character and quality. Check in was good with the receptionist being very helpful regarding parking and looking after by bag while I moved my car. The room...

Arrived at the hotel on Saturday, staff well-organised and instant check-in with a staff member to show where my room was. Felt the hotel was clean and all that but was very disappointed when I entered the room which had 2 single beds. The room was very small and the beds were just too small. My feet were hanging over...

The Imperial Hotel is situated in the centre of Tralee and there is plenty of parking which is a bonus. The staff are always welcoming and nothing is too much trouble for them. A new chef has recently been employed and I found the standard of food even higher and better than previous visits and it was very good then!...

If you want a nice dinner in Tralee in nice surroundings, the Imperial is always a good bet. Quality of food and service is always very high so would highly recommend it. Have never stayed here but food always a winner.

Stayed in this hotel for 1 night on Dec 1st 2016. It was an extremely pleasant experience all round. On entering the hotel which is a great location in the centre of town, the first thing I noticed was the warm and cosy atmosphere as it was quite a cold evening. The hotel is old but so very welcoming and...

This is a nice, clean and friendly hotel. I would only reccomend it for a sleep over. It is tidy and kept well and the staff are very curtious. The evening meal was neither bad nor good and the bar was a friendly place. For Guinness drinkers I would reccomend going elsewhere as the pints were extremely watered down. I...

Stayed here last weekend and had a great weekend. All the staff were fantastic and very helpful and polite. The barman Dylan was superb. Rooms were nice and clean, what more do you want and breakfast was very nice as well as the food in the bar. Will certainly revisit!!!

The two hotels I normally use in Tralee were full so I ended up in the Imperial on a Monday night in September. Room was very dated & small but it was clean. Food in the bar was ok. Good location right in the centre of town but would imagine it's very noisy at weekends.

We spent a great night here. Everyone on the staff made us feel so welcome. It really is the staff that sets this hotel apart - they work to make sure you have a good stay!! Dinner in the restaurant was good, as was breakfast the next morning. We look forward to many return visits!!

Thank cseagan
